This is the best plumbing company I've ever used, hands down. John was absolutely excellent and super friendly, patiently explaining the potential causes of plumbing issues, toilet warning signs, replacement products and repairs. He actually took the time to explain what the problems could be and how to solve them in a really clear and helpful way. They didn't charge for coming out for diagnosis which was amazing and their pricing is very reasonable, I will definitely use them for all future plumbing work.

John and Good Guys Plumbing came recommended as a fair-priced and reputable local plumbing service from a few different sources. I've had 2 visits at this point: one for an estimate (totally free) for a future big job,  and another to reactivate an old gas line. I appreciated how quickly they were in and out today updating the old line to the kitchen, but John didn't seem to mind stopping and talking about other some-what related things and even gave some general advice and industry info along the way. I felt no pressure and he really appeared to be engaging me as a friend and neighbor rather than just another job or means to revenue.  Super nice dudes! They'll now be my go-to for future plumbing and gas line needs.

Good Guys Plumbing is the best. I’ve used them a few times now and they were super prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The last time I called them it was 8 pm, Cole stopped by the next morning, assessed the situation, told me how to fix it, and didn’t even charge me! They are my go-to plumbers for sure.

Had a leak in my ceiling (bathroom was above it). John was great, diagnosed and repaired the issue and was so thankful it wasn't a major problem like a burst pipe. Really appreciated the explanations as he went too.

We purchased a home in East Atlanta Village and our inspection listed a couple of plumbing issues that we wanted to have reviewed by a professional, specifically a leaking original cast iron line. Our realtor recommended Good Guys. John and Cole came out separately (once before the sale which is rare and once after) to take a look and gave us an honest estimate as well as a 'worst case scenario' price. They were easy to communicate with, got us on the schedule, and took care of the work as expected. I also appreciated both of them taking the time to educate me about how and why things were done the way they were, and what to expect in the future. Highly recommend!

It is insane to be excited when you need a plumbing repair, but that is exactly how I feel! I absolutely ADORE these guys! They are adorable and hilarious while managing to be responsive, skilled and beyond fair! I initially used them when I had to fire a nightmare contractor. They found unprotected water lines buried in gravel under the concrete slab!!!!! That would have been a freaking nightmare!!! They are honest, and dependable and completely trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

Jeff installed a faucet and repaired a leak for us. They were very easy to work with and so far everything looks and works great!

We used these guys because they had done work for the previous owners of our house and because we felt like they were honest and fair. One of the big issues we had was with a gas/sewer smell in one of our restrooms, the cast iron pipe was starting to fail (just hadn't leaked yet), and generally the plumbing was wonky.

We had all our cast iron pipes removed and replaced, new toilets installed, water pressure regulator replaced, washout access added to the exterior of the house, and they scoped our sewer line to the street because our home inspectors were not able to get out there. They also fixed the leveling/draining of one pipe because there was apparently an arc that was preventing complete drainage. These guys were the consummate plumbers, took care of everything, hauled it all away in under two days.

Money well spent! Sewer smell gone, new toilets working great, and will certainly use them again when we want to do other plumbing work on the house.

All the guys that work here are extremely professional and kind. They are extremely busy and I really felt like that always took the time to help figure out the issue and we would definitely use them again in the future. We had a leak repair and replaced all our cast iron pipes and got a new water heater. We had several issue with the water heater and they kept coming back until the problem was solved.

We needed a new hot water heater. Good guys quoted me what I’d have to pay - including taking away the old one. They came the next day and completed the job exactly as described. Piece of cake. And the price was exactly what they’d said. No surprises.

It's a challenging finding honest individuals with integrity. I find John to have both. He has installed toilets in our home. He arrived on time, the work and cleanup was outstanding. I also inquired about concerns with our sump pump. John provided an assessment and explained what needed to be done. I have no reservation with recommending him to others.
