Overpriced and unprofessional didn't even give a receipt said they snaked 100 feet and there wasn't 100 feet to street from the house

The plumbers did the job perfectly. They were nice and professional and repaired s pipe that I've been wanting to repair for years!

1, They did not show up for 8am appointment(assuming the first appointment for today) until we called them why they are not here. And they asked our address which we already gave them 3 days ago. Yellow flag #1.

2, They did not introduce themselves when they finally showed up, and they were not wearing masks to visit our house during this COVID-19 pandemic. Red flag #1

2, Pricing was not clear. Their boss said it would cost us $200 to $300 and of course the final price was $300 for just changing some washers/o-rings. And I found out my neighbor who called them today as well for toilet issue (remove the toilet and Roto-Rooter because someone had flushed a rag into the toilet. ) also got charged for $300. How that even this pricing possible??? Huge red flag #2

My kitchen sink would not drain. So I called C & R plumbers. They came over in a timely manner, and routed it out. It's running clear now, didn't take long, and was reasonably priced.

Worst plumber ever! I hired him to inspect existing plumbing pipes, test for leaks, and complete my job. He pulled the permit quickly and then took forever to complete the work. After the city inspection failed his work, he told me that he never initially tested for leaks because it was a 1/2 days work and demanded that I pay him for the time he's worked even though he was never supposed to be paid until he passed the inspection. In my best effort, I tried to be civil and get him to complete the work to pass the inspection. He clearly didn't know how because he quit!! DO NOT CALL THIS PLUMBER.

Went out of their way to find out my problems!

I had an emergency with an overflowing toilet in a commercial space and a deservedly unhappy tenant. These gentleman dropped everything and came over within 20 minutes and took very good care of us at a very reasonable rate. Call them with confidence,

C & R Plumbing is the best company in the metro Atlanta area, It has served thousands of customers since the 1962's. This company has done a lot of plumbing for me. The owner has a lot of knowledge in the plumbing industry, and he communicates very well with his customers before, during, and after the job is complete. Best Company around, will use this company every time.

Billed $350 for what I thought would be a diagnosis and clearing at my business location only to have the same problem within a week, and to be offered another visit with more equipment.

Of course now all the bells and whistles can come out, when I called to have my problem fixed correctly the first time. Thanks Mike.

The plumber came out and did exactly what I'd already done, called the number on the water heater for help. After being charged $100 for him to not figure anything out I found out the only issue was a sticker covering the temperature controls. Do not recommend.

I can't say enough about how great Mike Smallwood is of C&R Plumbing! He saved me about $10-15k in costs by correctly diagnosing the plumbing problem I had, after 3 other plumbers got it wrong. He convinced me not to take their word for it and invest in a little more detective work, and boy am I glad I did! Mike is honest and trustworthy, and has decades of experience. Highly recommended!

Not very trust worthy. Booked two appointments of which they both were no shows. Today looks like it will be a 3rd. Call East Point plumbing instead. Ok they showed up to do my fridge line after two no shows, with muddy boots and without the tools necessary to do the job. I told them that I no longer needed their services.

Please find another plumbing company. Mike Smallwood of C & R Plumbing is untrustworthy and prices are unreasonable for job. $350 to replace water shut off valve behind toilet and to open up the ceiling to see where the leak was coming from. It was suppose to be a free estimate but he didn't say that if they open ceiling to find the problem there would be a charge of $200 for that or I would have told him not to or to go ahead and I would have known upfront. I know they have been in business for a long time but that doesn't mean they have good business practices and morals. Also when I spoke to Mr. Smallwood he told me to PRAY about not using their company again. I hardly ever write reviews but I was so highly offended by Mike Smallwood and his comments that I just don't want anyone to be caught up with him and his poor business practices.

Update: I spoke to Mr. Smallwood today and he has been accommodating to make good with the pricing of the plumbing job that was completed at my home.

Very responsive and professional. Came out the morning after my call to them and had all the problems fixed quickly, and were very respectful. Highly recommend.
