Victor and Garland replaced my hot water heater, and answered all my questions. Overall it was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to use Fletch-Barney again in the future.

Vitaliy and Dmitriy from Alliance are great! I had a pressure reducer valve problem which was complicated by my piping configuration and they took care of it.
