We had a major leak in our home, and Ricky Was dispatched to detect and assess the leak. Ricky was up front about all costs involved, oft, and did a thorough job.. There is nothing more pleasing then a plumber who cleans up after themselves when they leave. Excellent job will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again.

Our hot water tank went out friday I called couple of places who couldnt come out for at least few days and the price quote for tank and installation was so much more my husband found Taylor's online and yes from the beginning to end everything was professional pricing was way better and they were able to come out the very next day I'm a happy customer thank you and just gave a coworker their info highly recommended

We had a stove delivered from Best Buy, who couldn't (wouldn't) install it because they couldn't get the gas line disconnected. They fit me in immediately, Thomas and Caleb arrived, hooked up the gas, checked for leaks, and were done in a very short time. Friendly, efficient, great service. Will definitely use them again.

Last night (Tuesday) as I was loading my dishwasher, I noticed water underneath my kitchen sink. I called Panther Plumbing, because I “knew” of the service from a previous issue with a shower. They sent Shawn first thing this morning (Wednesday). He was thorough in showing me the issues and providing me with options for resolution. He kept me informed as to his progress and worked hard to get everything in working order again. And he was personable, too. Definitely an experience worthy of a review.

Simple faucet replacement. Plumber was unprofessional and not prepared to replace the faucet. A second plumber had to come in and assist and the second plumber did not wear a mask. Front office takes CC info before any services are performed, then charges your account without even informing what that the charges will be. Plumber leaves premises without providing a detailed invoice of what was done and what the charge will be.

He was on time. After looking over the area, he suggested a comparable water heater. He then picked it up and installed it. He was able to detect and solve some issues that were due to a prior renovation. At the end of the day- hot water!!
