My wife had just got out of the hospital & was bedridden . Couldnt be left alone. So our bathroom toilet stopped flushing. Tried to fix it but it just would not unclog. Today was Friday & I called 4 other longtime beaches area plumbing businesses I was familiar with. They were all super busy & wouldn't have been able to come by til the next week. I really needed a plumbers help. Eventhough FW Fair was also slammed, Mike told me over the phone they would make time for us today. That is what I really needed to hear.That is what they did. Mark & Zach left from a job they were on & came to our house to take of us. This relly meant alot to me as I already had my hands full. The job did not take them long & we were good to go! Since what they did was easy for them & didn't cost them any materials, there was no charge.Let me say this. Mark & Zach were professional & courteous. They also took care to not disturb my wife who was basically sleeping in the same room. I've read reviews of other businesses that charge to come out to your house. FW Fair is not like that. They are a family business that has been in Jax Beach a longtime. They care about their customers & are not all about the money like some others out there. From now on, they will be my goto for plumbing. Anyone reading this review would do well to try them.

When you call and leave a voice recording, would you trust a company that does not call you even though they said we will call you as soon to do business? I do not trust. I gave my all information to them. There was nothing missing in the information I gave them. If they get busy before they even start, I might regret it when they start working.

Doug and the young man that was with him were extremely professional, timely, courteous, and did one hell of a job for my ice cream store in Jax Beach.

My AC was leaking water into my garage. I immediately called Fair Plumbing. First of all, the customer service lady was so polite, friendly and deeply cared about my issue. She told me she will work on getting someone to come fix it. She called me 15 minutes later and told me she got two guys on their way to come fix my leaking AC drain. Mark and Zach came. They are very professional. They explained what was wrong and how they are gonna fix. They fixed it in 45 minutes. They went above and beyond. Thank you, Zach and Mark! Thank you, Fair Plumbing! You are now the Plumbing company i will use for my personal home and all my investment properties.

I broke a water line on Thanksgiving eve and couldn't get the main turned off. They immediately came out and replaced the valve. They were here and within 20 minutes, they were done. I was more than happy. They saved my family Thanksgiving.

Doug and Cole showed up on time, I had a water leak coming from under a wall in the kitchen and a couple of leaks under the kitchen sink. They were able to replace a cast iron pipe with a rusted hole that was in the ground. They told me ahead of time what to expect so I was prepared for some noise. They were able to fix everything in a timely manor and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Quick appointment. On-time. Professional. Reasonable price. I've used Fair Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. Today they arrived, identified where the leak was under the driveway, tore it up, fixed it, repoured the concrete and done. I highly recommend.

Outstanding service! Yesterday AEI ProGas recommended replacement of my 13 year old gas HWH versus a repair. I called my go to company David Gray Plumbing who installed two HWH's in 2008. However, they wanted $50 to come to the house and quote the project. I called Fair Plumbing who quoted me the price and set the date. Today Mike from the office called and said we're on our way. Today his crew installed the new unit in ~1 hour....and the price was 20% less than quoted....and they have a new customer!

Had to call Fair again today for a clog, and just like the last time they got there same day and took care of it. Polite crew and great service from the office. Won’t call anybody else - last time we had an urgent issue they came on New Years Day within an hour, and didn’t charge anything extra for it being a Holiday.

Driving on Beach Blvd. today I got to experience their professionalism. If they work like they drive then I would not recommend these guys. Cut across 3 lanes of traffic without looking and both of them smiled like they enjoyed what they did

Fair is the worst plumber I have ever used. They were supposed to repair a toto toilet. They had the wrong parts and in the process of doing the so called repair ruined the seal between the tank and the seat. When the so called plumber had finished, the toilet was leaking so badly that it could not be used. The plumber left and no one has contacted me. Now I have one toilet just before the holiday weekend when I had guests comingover.

Mr Fair and I have been doing business since about 2001. He has top quality people like Jack and Doug who do the job right the first time! No one bats a 1000 but as a property manager I HIGHLY recommend Fair Plumbing!

I’ve used this company twice. They are reliable and seem knowledgeable but outrageously expensive. I recently paid $140 for 10 minutes. No actual work was completed, just a diagnosis to tell me that my contractor had overlooked something on our in-progress bathroom remodel. What bothers me the most is they are always in a rush and eager to get to the next job even though I’m paying for their full hour minimum service call and I could have knocked some other plumbing items off my to do list. “Fair” was not really the feeling I had when they left (both times). The whole thing was a major bummer and I would try someone else next time.

They completed the job in 1 hour and fixed the issue with my shower. They also were responsive as well as on time. However, they completely ripped me off on the pricing. They charged $140 for an hour of labor, which seems a little high but i'm not completely familiar with labor prices for the plumbing industry either. The issue with my shower was a bad cartridge. They gave me the item description which was a delta rp46463 cartridge, which i found online for $42.30 in less than 30 seconds. They somehow came up with a total price of $275 which would be over a 100% markup on the cartridge. They claimed their supplier charged them $77 which is odd that i found the piece for $42.30 in seconds having no experience in plumbing and them being professionals and contacts claimed it cost them $77. Even at $77 for the cartridge there is still money missing. Even if they marked the cartridge up from their supplier around 20% there is still around a $80 charge with absolutely no explanation. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY WITHOUT A QUOTE!

My husband was house sitting in Marsh Landing and broke off a sprinkler head when backing out of the drive. He saw a plumber truck drive by, F.W. Fair Plumbing co., and called the number on the truck. The truck soon came and replaced the sprinkler head which took them 5 minutes. They charged my husband $117.00. This is outrageous. Buyers beware. I do not call this fair, as their name states.

Great service! We were visiting my parents and had sewer problems on the first day of our visit. They were out the same morning and had the problem resolved. My parents have been using Fair Plumbing for years and I see why. Thank you so much!

Just called and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. The lady who answered the phone was SO pleasant and easy to communicate with. Actually a bit unusual for a small service company. I would have to rate as exceptional so far. If it goes downhill from here I will change review - but I feel good about this company.

I called late afternoon one day and the service man was here the next day at noon. We had three pretty big issues.Michael was the plumber who took care of us. He was exceptionally good--knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I couldn't be happier!

Had an appt. called to say it would be later in the day. I called him back later in the day. Had a couple of emergencies but still coming. By 7:00 pm no call, no show. And I was referred to this company by a realtor friend. How unprofessional can you get? Will never call again and neither will anyone else I know.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Fair folks. They come when they say they will, call me with estimates when they have checked and I cannot be there, and promptly do the repairs. They stand by their work and are open to creative solutions. Not sure if I could ask for more.

rip off he will take you for everything you have and charge you to not do his job. searched for a leak that was right in front of his nose and charge you for looking for that leak and charge you for his partner to fix it. what should have been $200 was $500. beware. it isnt fair!!

Will not return phone calls. Does not follow up. Have to beg to get a quote. No action, one of the worst experiences trying to hire a company. They were expensive too.
