I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

I had Total Enviro Services out to pump out my septic tank about a week ago. It had never been done before as far as I know (house is over 30 years old), so I didn't really know what to expect. Patrick, who did the work for me, was on time and did a great job cleaning the tank while also explaining the whole process to me. Overall, i was pleased with the service and would probably use this company again. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because the person who quoted the price over the phone when scheduling the appointment didn't tell me that price was for normal conditions and that it could be more depending on the condition of the tank- which I only learned from Patrick when the work was already beginning. Still, even though I did have to pay a bit more due to my tank being so bad, I felt it was pretty reasonable.

Devon provided excellent, expeditious service! Four stars because the price for repairing a leak under the sink and unclogging the drain was exceedingly high.

Excellent service and experienced professional

Bryan arrived promptly and was ready to work. We showed him the job, and he began right away. His work was impeccable - he installed the drywall and finished it with a textured topcoat, ready for painting. He reassembled our kitchen cabinets and reinstalled them and the countertops. He also securely fitted in the baseboards and toe kicks. Additionally, he even mended an overlooked shelf! It was an excellent experience for us to be sure we can trust someone for major home repairs. A huge thank you to Bryan and Avinash! We have already organized their next assignment.

Horrible customer service! Set-up an appointment a week in advance for a real estate purchase inspection. Needed the inspection to be completed by Wednesday and they said Wednesday was their first available appointment. Never recieved a phone call to change the appointment. I'm active duty military and took off work especially for this pre-purchase inspection that no one showed up to. When I called, the only thing the secretary (Christina) could say is, I know you've been inconvenienced, but one of our drivers didn't come in today and I don't even see your appointment. That's after she just looked it up in the computer! Btw this is the same person who supposedly set my appointment up in the first place. Now I had no one to complete my inspection before I went into contract on a hom. I almost lost $2500 deposit on the home. Called up another company and they were there within an hour.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
