They are definitely qualified and very informative but too pricey. It was 110.00 for estimate and really over priced on the service we needed. We are on a fixed income and my husband is a disabled veteran so money is a issue. We certainly can’t afford their service.

File this under “you get what you pay for.” While they weren’t the cheapest, by far, they were the most capable. I’ve had three plumbers clear our clogged drain over the years and they are the only ones who took the time to explain things to me, outline options, and guarantee their work! Brendan and Ryder were the work techs on the work and they were professional. Left the site cleaner than when they started. recommend.

I used to work there. They're just about the only place around that bills by materials (with no mark up) and labor, so you know exactly what you're paying for. That's a big deal to an accountant like me who likes to know what I'm spending money on. I really like being able to see that materials were 'this much' and the time spend was 'this much'.
They're a union shop, and I don't know how that hourly rate compares with Joe plumber down the street, but they bill in like 15 minute increments past the first time minimum, so you're not getting charged for three hours if the worker was only there for an hour and 15 minutes.
I wish more contractors could be this transparent.

In October my HOA used this company to turn off my water for non payment and after the bill was payed that day the water was turned on that same day by this company. Today my water was cut off without notice . I contacted my HOA and they had no disconnect notification at all in fact a bill was not due until the 29th of November. I called this company and after their own research I was told by the representative over the phone I was cut off for non payment in October and they didn’t receive a notification to restore service. Due to them not having a notice to cut off a second time they sent the techs back out to restore services and stated that they would contact the HOA. This should have been verified 1st before the cut off services. I felt disrespected when I told them I needed some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. The representative rudely stated that if I had paid my bill this would’ve never happened and they refused to connect me with management.

They did an amazing job! Very honest and reliable and reasonably priced plumber! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

They do not even deserve a star. The original request service call was dispatched right away and not at the request time. Then after an hour passed requested time, I called for status of technician. I was informed that I needed to be re schedule and promised a technician on site by 9:30 am the next day. The next day Again, I called and was informed that the technician was stuck on a job and should be on site within an hour. The technician made a call and informed me that it would require $1850 to fix the problem without even trying the original work request. This is a ripoff. Do not use this company unless you don’t care about the cost to solve a draining problem.
