The company is one of Duke Energy‘s appointed vendors. I had a conflict with my scheduled time and the company was very flexible in helping me to meet my schedule. Andrew was punctual, courteous, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a bit of a crunch for time and he was able to complete the task of replacing parts within 15 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the service.
