My drains were backing up a small tank with a sump pump. I called to schedule a pump out or diagnostic of that tank and pump, but I didn't use them because the receptionist who answered the phone was smart and kind enough to suggest a solution that worked and got it running again. We have never owned a septic tank before our current home. I have called on 2 occasions and was astonished by how helpful the employees are. The first time I spoke to Jeff and the second time I spoke to Kyle. They both helped me trouble shoot what my problem was and even told me how to check the filter (which they could have charged me to send someone out instead). They even offered same day service when our system stopped draining altogether! When I learned that we still had a warranty (through another company unfortunately) I cancelled our appointment to have Total Enviro Services come out. They were very understanding and even offered to speak directly to the warranty company if there were any services they could assist with. I would definitely recommend Total Enviro Services! I will be using them for all my future needs. Thank you Kyle and Jeff for doing business the right way. Finding a company that is honest and upfront BEFORE they even schedule an appointment or ask you for money is rare. Thank you for being that! It is truly appreciated.

Called Kyle on our Septic system for our office. He had multiple items to take care of on 2 systems and had it done very next day. Thanks Kyle.

They were prompt, courteous and seemed to do the job right. But when the inspection failed they didn’t come back, and then they refused to complete the job they said they would do. I’m out a ton of money and my job is not complete. They were asked to do the right thing and finish and have refused. Please pick a different company or get every little thing in writing and make sure to watch all work done.

There is no way to respond back to the owners post so I’m just adding to my first review. Berry has been contacted and as of today he has said that he has no intention of coming back to my place to work or making things financially right with my GC

Company came out pumped out tank, that was OK, however I had done most of the work in digging out the output port. There were 2 guys, one guy was on the phone most of the time and didnt do any digging just pumped out l. The other guy was complaining he didnt have to dig all day now he had to dig a little. When it came due he refused to fill in what I had dug out for him to save him time and effort. Im 73 years old and I filled back in myself for the lazy guys. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip!! Wont use this company again

We were in a bind, with no other companies willing to help us out. Total was quick to reroute a truck to get to us within 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Van, the technician, was awesome and extremely knowlegable. He was quick and didn't waste time. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

We used this company many times as a property management company. Always had reasonable service.
One time we requested service due to a leak to the lower level. They sent a plumber to diagnose the issue and Informed us it needed a complete re-pipe, Owner requested we get a second opinion, and it did not require a re-pipe, but a simple drain issue at the bath tub. When we refused to pay the service call fee due to the miss-diagnoses, we were placed on the do not service list. We appreciate sometimes mistakes happen, but this is totally unreasonable.

I called for an estimate on some French drains. They took my number and told me someone named Kevin would call me shortly. 24 hours later no call. I called back and was able to speak to Kevin who scheduled an appointment for the next day and never showed up. When I called to inquire about it, the receptionist told me she worked in accounting and dispatch was busy and she was just helping out. I expressed my frustration with the lack of follow up and professionalism only to be told that she’d wait until I was “Done”. From my experience I would not recommend this company for any services.

I handle the details for three local restaurants in Orlando & have had issues at all of the locations. Total Enviro has helped me every time & it is always a white glove service. Kyle is amazing in addition to all of the technicians. Seamless communications, incredibly prompt, & available!!

Me and my kids had been stuck on the side of the road for over an hour with a flat tire. AAA would not be there for probably another hour. Not one person stopped to help me.

Mr. Van stopped! He stopped and he fixed the tire! No questions asked, and he would not take anything in return. In fact, he even gave my kids a bag of cookies.

I called this company to do a pumping on the septic tank in my house,we agreed on a price for 375.00,they sent someone and when he showed up,he was so rude and said he wasn’t gonna do the job that he was sent to do,just because….and even argued with me,they ended up charging me 140.00 more than the price that we agreed on,I would never recommend this company to anyone,I want my money back,I’m a customer and should not be treated this way

From the time I called to inquire about pumping to the time the job was complete this company was excellent. Person answering phone was friendly and knowledgeable. Pat, who came out to pump the tank, was also helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cost of pumping was great compared to others companies. Will definitely use them again!

Very bad experience with Angela, she is a crook the company charged $300 and she asked for $400.She put $300 in the receipt when I called to ask why Angela Charge $400 instead $300 she said I gave her $300. Angela,you are a very dishonest person.I hope one day you confess with what you did, God is watching you.As I told you guys I called the company again the manager told me that I have no proof, when I asked to talk to Angela, they told me she called sick . I warned you to be very careful with those people and Angela you know what you did is wrong. The other guy who was with you know I gave $400, and my God is my witness. My advice to you, do not spend the money on your family. Give it to the needy people or to the church, if not you will regret it and Jesus needs you to be a better person. FIRST-RATE SERVICE! HONEST! EXPERT WORK! As a single mom I am used to unscrupulous repair companies that lie and try to take advantage of you. I am tired of being ripped-off so I'm always skeptical of the repair estimates I get. But TOTAL SEPTIC was AMAZING! I called them this week for Emergency Service. Both of my tubs, showers, toilets and sinks were backed up and we could not use the bathrooms in my home! They responded promptly and after doing a very thorough plumbing and septic evaluation, they diagnosed my problem expertly! The service tech, PATRICK, was OUTSTANDING! He was very professional, extremely honest, incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my septic tank problem! The price I was charged was reasonable too! I highly recommend this company. I will never use another plumber again! I WANT TO THANK PATRICK AND TOTAL SEPTIC FOR ALL THEIR HELP!

This is the second time I’ve had them come out. The company got a 5 star from me then and if this experience is a tell tale sign they’ll get another five star the next time as well. Amazing company. Marvin came out and did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable and even helped me figure out the problem I was having may have simply been a clogged pipe. He gave some great advice and recommendations for possible drain field fixes later.

Company offers bribes for removal of negative feedback! Owner refuses to talk to customers. Company will not change prices for shoddy service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

(Former) GM Jeff is a liar and cares nothing for his customers once he has their deposits. Had a new drain field put into my front yard. I was told that the day after the permit was pulled, they would start, the day later, it would be inspected and filled in. Permits were pulled on Thursday. They didn't start work until Monday. Workers, who were supposed to be at my house first thing in the morning started on Monday at 10:45 AM and left at 4:00 PM; he claimed they ran out of daylight to finish in one day. As a result, inspection was pushed from Tuesday at 10:00 AM to Wednesday at 2:00, and no one cared to tell us about it. Backfilling went from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday. Meanwhile, the workers have complained about working conditions, including not being paid differential on the 4th of July when they had to come out and install risers. Master plumber, Barry says, We aren't the cheapest. We aren't the most expensive. But we are the best. Avoid at all costs.

Follow up: The septic didn't pass the first inspection and two members of the team, including the master contractor of the company said they knew the job wouldn't pass inspection the first time. The system passed on Friday. Requested to speak to owner James Lapin. He refuses. Company threatened to take legal action immediately upon completion of job.

In response to owner response: The only discount that was offered was $100 for removal of negative feedback. Management claims discounts for not hauling in and out extra loads of dirt, charges that weren't in my initial contract and I never would have agreed to pay anyway.

As someone who had never had to deal with a septic tank issue in the past, I was nervous going into the process as far as costs and service speeds would go. Enviro Services made the process so simple and stress-free! Jeff, the manager, was extremely professional and took the time to explain the whole process to me and made sure all my questions were answered. The issue was resolved quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again if ever necessary!

Had a brand new $11,000 septic system installed by this company fully paid. 8 months later we've had nothing but trouble. The manager Lynn Neer has zero customer service values. But she refused to send someone to trouble shoot the issue. Brand new system overflowing in my front yard and doesn't want to do anything about it. Her quote don't call this office anymore. I will not be doing anything for you. I've had to pay extra money to have another company fix her mess.

We started with a septic tank pump and then began a drain field rejuvenation only to discover our drain field pipes were clogged from many decades of tree roots growing through the pipes. No wonder we have had years of septic tank issues. Total Septic credited us for both expenses and put those charges towards our new drain field. Total Septic from the office staff, to Barry, the Field Manager, and the men who came to sweat and dig in the hot sun were all polite, professional, yet easy going and helpful. I would totally recommend Total Septic for all your septic/drain field issues. We will use them as we pump our septic tank every few years!

I was having some serious issues with toilet plumbing and/or septic tank/drainfield issues. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to schedule service the same day. Antrel came out and I immediately felt confident that he’d diagnose and solve the issue. And getting to my septic tank was NOT easy! Antrel was professional, highly experienced, trustworthy and had an amazing work ethic. He was patient with all my questions, showing and explaining things as he worked. I certainly recommend Total Spetic if all of their technicians are as good as Antrel!

Absolutely rude customer service. Delayed my service call multiple times, charged $225 just for the service call and never informed me about it. Contacted the office several times about an update about the job, and was just terrible. They only care about their own personal interest rather than the customers. Never will use again!

Total came out and marked my septic and drain field for us to have a pool installed they did an excellent job and ill be using them for all future services.

John ignored the guarantee printed on the back of our receipt which states “free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year”. Our septic tank is full after just 3 weeks since his company pumped it. He is saying it is our fault, and could be a drain field issue even though on our day of service his technician stated to us that our drain field looked good. It even says on our receipt that “drainfield is fair”. John is refusing to come out to check the work his technician did. Also the cost quoted to me on the phone was not honored. We ended up paying double. And to top it off, his technician was rude. Do NOT use this company!

I don’t have any misunderstanding of septic pumping services. We had another company, Brownies, come out to inspect your work. They found wires exposed above ground which caused our pump to trip. So the reason for our tank filling up in 3 weeks is because of your company’s poor workmanship. Our drain field is functioning perfectly.

I called the day before and they exceeded my expectations. They are reliable, they work fast and efficiently. Van, the driver was very helpful and provided some very helpful tips. I will recommend any time. Will definitely use them again.!

I would first like to say thank Total Septic representative: Marvin. It is very hard to find someone who will be very truthful with you, straightforward, kind, and honest when dealing with a lot of these plumbing services. I want to humbly think TOTAL SEPTIC plumbing services for running such a legitimate, outstanding, and honest company. Marvin is extremely knowledgeable in this field; he literally carries the Bible when it comes to septic systems in head, and this representative is quite capable of answering a plethora questions when it comes to drain fields and Septic Tank operations and the upkeep of them. This representative was meticulous in explaining how to properly maintain my septic system. He also took the time to explain the importance of using the proper chemicals so that my system would function to it's fullest capacity. My knowledge of how a septic system works has now been enhance thanks to Mr. Marvin; furthermore, This enlightenment will ensure that my repair cost down the road will remain low. Thank you again, Mr. Marvin, for your outstanding and superb instructions and time. I highly recommend Total Septic without any reservations.

Van was the Tech that handled the Grease Interceptor issues. A Very Professional and Knowledgeable person who was great to have on site. We will definitely use Total Enviro Services because they are represented by their employees very well.

On March 6 of 2018 i hired Barry and teamfrom Total septic they came out to install 3 boxes for a French drainage just like it was stated on the contract now before they finish that day the guy didn't have all the material to finish the 3rd box because he read the contract wrong so he told me that he was going to come back. Ok no problem he came back a couple of days later but didn't do the work just left the line and the box on the side of the house and said because of to may power line on the ground they couldn't dig (I'm sorry but how is that my problem they should had check all that before promising anything) so the week after it rain and were they dig the box came out of the ground and there is a hole were I can see the pipe and I have all the pictures to proof it. So I called talk to dispatch and the manager they were supposed to call me back that didn't happen I had to talk
Them they told me I sorry but we so guys out sick again that's not my problem I spent $2100 to get a job done right if I would had known I would had done it my self for way less. They said they were scheduled to come on 4/25/2018 but yet another lie so today is 4/26/2018 I'm still waiting for it to get fix and I asked for a refund and still know answer.

Just wow!! From start to finish, I am blown away with this company. I am under contract for my first home and I had many concerns regarding the septic system. My first call was about 20 mins, (please forgive me I don't remember his name) he explained their process from start to finish, answered all of my questions and provided solid feedback on my concerns. Not once did I feel rushed to make an appointment or to get off the phone, he took his time and that's why we ultimately chose them. Today, Marvin and Rick came to do the work and they were so wonderful. Honest, real, knowledgeable and were quick but thorough, provided me some advice and few good laughs. I had Total Enviro Services out to pump out my septic tank about a week ago. It had never been done before as far as I know (house is over 30 years old), so I didn't really know what to expect. Patrick, who did the work for me, was on time and did a great job cleaning the tank while also explaining the whole process to me. Overall, i was pleased with the service and would probably use this company again. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because the person who quoted the price over the phone when scheduling the appointment didn't tell me that price was for normal conditions and that it could be more depending on the condition of the tank- which I only learned from Patrick when the work was already beginning. Still, even though I did have to pay a bit more due to my tank being so bad, I felt it was pretty reasonable.

I had a different septic company come out to try to help with a clog. They couldn't undo it and they told me to call Total Septic. I did and they released the clog immediately with minimal charge. We then decided to pay extra to have our pipes videoed because they are cast iron and septic. Just to make sure no problems. Three days later our system clogs up again. I call the office and spoke to Jackie, Jacqueline? She was INCREDIBLY NICE! I told her about the issue, she sent Alex (amazing!!!) back out and he spent 5 hours not only unclogging the clog, but FOR SURE making sure the drainage field and septic were working correctly (which they were). This is the BEST customer service I have ever had. What an amazing company, HIGHLY suggest this company for all your septic needs AND get the video done JUST in case your pipes are rotting under your house!! FIND OUT NOW!!!! It is a bit expensive, but worth it. Ask for ALEX!!!!!!

This poor quality company tore my mother's sidewalk, sprinkler system, and gazebo up all because they wanted to cut corners. The part of the sidewalk that was not damaged, now has blue glue all over it from where they spilled the plumbers glue everywhere. What a mess of a job! When my mom called the company to state her concerns, she was rudely told by Lynn to read the contract because they are not responsible for any damages. As if this response was not cold enough, Lynn proceeded to talk like my mom was a 2 year old, and in the most belittling way. Shame on this company for taking advantage of my elderly mother! Friends in Belle Isle and Cornerstone, you have been warned.

Do NOT trust this company! They charged us well over double the original quote. When we questioned them about it we were told we had “Buyers Remorse”. All around awful experience and extremely rude management. I had paid Rob's septic to clean my tank 11/2/18 and clearly they did not empty the tank nor did they clean it out or pay attention to detail like Marvin did. Mr Van is the man! I am one of the owners of Sugar Rush Marshmallows and he takes incredible care of our grease interceptor and all the pipes related to it.
He is always there early (which is great for us!) and goes the extra mile to make sure that our grease trap is cleaned out, put back together perfectly (we have a bit of a tricky system) he cleans out the pipes to make sure they're all working right and cleans everything up behind him. Also, he is a super friendly and energetic guy, and extremely professional! I know this isn't an awesome job, cleaning out a grease trap, but we are so grateful to have him taking care of ours for us and keeping us running smoothly. It means a lot, thank you Mr Van!

Do not use this company! They are SCAMMERS! They may have been doing this for a long time, but not properly. Go to Brownies and get it done right! My husband and I used this company to pump out and inspect our septic. Long story short we couldn’t be there for this process and this company took advantage of homeowners who weren’t around. They supposedly came to the home 3 times including a vactor pump out and second inspection. I never received any calls, bills or pictures/documents. I had to call them after each visit to see if work was done. Each time I called it was a reason something didn’t work. We called Brownies after all this run around, who confirmed the tank was never pumped out and the vactor truck also didn’t do anything it was supposed to do. We had no work done and no proof work was done except a hole they did not fill in and left dug up from a new lid they put on. We called the company and spoke to Ken who was very obnoxious, rude and belittling. He laughed at me, asked me condescending questions and told me he owed me no explanations and I wasn’t owed anything. Call Brownies if you want someone reliable, trustworthy, AFFORDABLE and the job done right.

Edit: With another company we saw a full septic tank when no one lived in the home. I have still received no response to my email yesterday requesting you provide me a bill for the second inspection I paid you for or any type of proof that you were here. My agent was here when you showed up and did not pump out and did your first “inspection” where nothing happened because it needed a vactor. There was never a pump out or second inspection and the quote for a $9700 septic tank was outrageous. I’m still waiting for the bill and any proof. I also spoke with John before Visa. There is nothing professional about your company or the way you treat customers, even your response to this review. Read other reviews, I’m not the only case like this. When the owner obviously doesn’t care it shows with the employees.

Total Enviro services is a ripoff. On November 14th, 2018 we paid them nearly $6000 to replace our drain field because our bathrooms was clogging up. When we called Phillip Alexander, from Total, he said we had to replace the drain field. He said that there was nothing wrong with the septic tank. We agreed to replace the drain field. To make a long story short, in the span two months, our bathrooms has clogged up 3 times after spending all that money. When we call Total Enviro services to report the problem, they now tell us not only does Phillip Alexander not work with them anymore, the septic tank needs to be replaced and we have to pay them another $3000 so they can fix the problem. According to them they don't work for free.

Mr. Van from Total Enviro Services, Inc. is fantastic! He is incredibly friendly, professional, and positive. Me. Van has helped the facility that I work at for awhile, and he always does a terrific job! Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I found this company! The customer service was amazing and they had such a fast response time. I'm a single mom so I have a tight schedule between work and getting the kids around in the afternoon but they were able to get a guy out to my house the same day. Called 4 septic pump companies, all based on the reviews I read. One place never called me back, one place couldn’t get to be til tomorrow and was expensive, one didn’t answer the phone at all. Enviro was a pleasure to work with from the receptionist to the tech. Receptionist which is slipping my mind (Jackie maybe?) was so candid, friendly and steered me in the right direction. I didn’t just want a pump and go, I wanted someone to inspect the section of drainfield I dug up. They sent James and I’m really glad they did. Super knowledgeable, arrived promptly the same day, friendly and gave me all his attention and time. Had great advice and suggestions. Was thorough in the pumping and left me assuring me that I could call him anytime to chat about it more. Great guy and team. I’ll be calling them again. Thx guys!

Called for septic pumping yesterday they were fully booked he told me the soonest was yesterday , got out there way before the time he told us. Kyle was really cool over the phone and after wards as well. Totally understanding and did for $250 instead of $275 our power has been off and out septic was full. Now on kind of these awesome people and this company we are now with a empty septic tank , and back on the road there! Highly recommended. Second time using this company!! Thank you guys!!

Up until my last service call a few weeks ago, I had nothing but great things to say about this company. I called them to my home to drain my septic tank and based on their service and the handling of resolving my issue, if I could give this company a 0 or no stars, that is what I would give them. The person came out to drain my tank was at my home for less than an hour. Within 30 minutes after he left, I went to go and look at my “empty tank”. The tank was so full, it was as if it was never pumped.

I reached out to the driver to return. Although he said he would, he never showed up. I called the office and spoke of multiple levels of management. I had video and pictures of my tank still being full as of that day. The answer to resolve my issue was, we stand by our driver and he said he pumped your tank.

It’s been a few weeks since they were at my house. I gave them this much time to either come back and provide me with the service I paid for or give me a refund. They stated they will do neither. My advice to the next customer is, do not do business with this company unless you are willing to stand over them and watch them complete their work....

I will never do business with this company ever again.

If you have a septic tank and have any questions at all please use this company. I have lived on city water my whole life but I called with a few questions and the staff was beyond friendly and answered every single one. A few months later I called again and they came out and took care of the problem quickly. I have saved their number to my contacts and will never use another company again. They now have a customer for life. Matt came to our home and if the rest of the staff is like him this business will easily be the biggest in orlando one day (if that is not already the case).

I've never had you guys service anything but one of your trucks almost side swiped me off the road in apopka on 441, I don't understand how you can't see a bright red car with turn signals on then decide to forcibly merge onto my lane.

We would like to thank Total Enviro for their amazing response! We lost a family ring down our toilet, and 30 minutes after we called they were at the house already working! Thanks to them our horrible experience was made much easier, and the ring was found!

We needed a routine pump out that turned out to be quite a pain. The previous home owners had made it very difficult to get the tank open (cement, wooden deck, etc). Pat stayed for quite a while and worked to get the tank open carefully without having to replace the entire lid. He also made sure to keep the surrounding deck very neat and cleaned up the entire area when he was finished. He was extremely polite as well. A huge plus these days!
Also the gentlemen that answered the phones, Kyle, was very personable. Great customer service all around!

I had an appointment scheduled for 11am to 1 pm on their Friday schedule. At 1:15 I called their office to ask why I had not heard from them. I was told they were just going to call me and they had an emergency causing them to run a little late. I ask how much later since they were already outside of their window. I was told 3 to 5 pm was the earliest they could get here. Four hour late is not a little late on my clock so I cancelled the appointment.

I received a response about my review. I need to point out that I had a 2 hour window(11 am to 1 pm) and never heard anything from them about an emergency. I called the office 20 minutes after the 2 hour wait. If they were aware of an emergency I should have been called before 1:20.. The response also stated a discount was offered which is a false statement. I was told I had to wait another 3 hours and nothing more.

We have called three different septic companies to locate our mysterious problem. They either can't find the septic tank, easy giving up without even trying,
Man! We were so disappointed with the service.
But, *Total septic* went above and beyond to do everything they could to find it with their camera and locator .... something that seems impossible for everyone else.And they found it. And wait, it gets better . They were able to send us a pump truck *today* to empty it.

Will never recommend this company to anyone. They’ve lost a great client over $150 they overcharged my account. Total scam!!! I called Total Enviro to pump out one of our rental properties in Orlando and I spoke with their receptionist over the phone. She told me they needed my credit card info at first. We agreed over the phone that the first 1200 gallons will be for $275 and I said ok. Our tenant gave james access to see the drain field in the back yard. Once the job was supposedly done this company did not want to tell me how much the job came out to. Then the next morning my debit card was charged for $450! I called and asked why and they couldn’t give me a detailed invoice. The invoice came in an hour later saying they had to dig around the drain field plus pumped out the septic. I told them I never authorized them to charge over what we have agreed on which was $275 and that if the bill was going to come out more than $275 that they would tell me. I asked for a refund and they refused. The next day our property have the same back up again. According to our tenants James wasn’t there for more than 15 mins supposedly digging and pumping out the septic. This company did not pump out the septic tank like they promised they would plus hit us with a $150 over charge. This is not how you treat your clients. This company uses predatory practice to operate and consumers are being taken advantage of. DO NOT ISE TOTAL ENVIRO FOR ANY SEPTIC SERVICE I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS OR ANYBODY I KNOW.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They will talk very nicely on the phone to you and sound extremely polite. Then, on the day of your scheduled call, they don't show. You call them again and find out you were never talking to the company but a dispatch center. When you tell them the driver never showed the dispatch says Great sarcastically. The dispatch tells you they'll call you right back after they find their driver. One hour later, no call. You call back three to four times and they now don't answer the phone. When you finally get ahold of dispatch you complain about the situation and you're told that this is common for drivers to just not show up.

If this is what you would like to do on your day off with TOTAL SEPTIC then go ahead and call. If you want better luck then call:

I had a major emergency at 7:30 last night I contacted Total Septic they set up an appointment for 7 AM this morning Patrik arrive at 6:30 he took care of my problem my business is back up and running I can’t say enough good things the service was exceptional the explanation to the problem was clear if I ever need them again I will call them I have also the business set on a maintenance plan so this does not happen again.

I have nothing but problems with my drainfield from day one came out year later and said the person that installed did it incorrectly and waste had flowed into that drainfield so it wasn't working properly. They said they would blow it out and did something else and said it was fixed but it hasn't been .now for 4500.00 more they will fix it.if I have to spend that amount again it definitely will not be with them.thanks

Feel like I was scammed.
I had a routine pump out for the second time with this company which has been great. The serviceman recommended a drain field rejuvenation as they did the previous time too. I figure I'd take them up on it so I left a $1070.00 half down payment.
A few days later a man showed up to inspect for the permit which was an included in the price. To my surprise I got a call saying they were unable to do the job because, Drain field system is infiltrator chambered system and cannot be rejuvenated. So they then left me a quote to replace the drain field for $8545.00. I told them, I was never informed that there could be a possibility that if I had a chamber style field, that you could not do a rejuvenation. Seems that you all would have checked on that before proceeding with things and sending someone out for permitting. So because they could not do the work that I had already left a down payment on I decided to cancel, as I was not in any dire need of anything. My system was and still is working fine.
I eventually got a refund after some back and forth and the refund was only $361. So I of course questioned it and asked for a receipt. They held back $214 as a 10% cancellation fee and kept the full amount of $495 for the permit and inspection that they never applied for in Lake County. So I questioned that and after some more back and forth they refunded back only the cancellation fee which they should have the first refund. As they could not do the service that they sold me.
Glad I spoke up and then I questioned again the $495 permit fee. Their response was, We had to pay for the site evaluation and application so I can’t take that charge off. They never paid for the application, yet charged me for it. Sent someone out to inspect and I had to pay them? The couldn't have checked what kind of drain field I had before committing to do any work. So that is somehow my error? And I have to pay for their error plus be charged for a permit application that never was filed?
So I am out of $495 and instead of them offering any kind of apology, or even offer a credit for any future services, they just took my money with no explanations until I had to pry them out of them and I still never got an answer why I had to pay for a permit that was never filed.
Furious about the whole thing and how they handled it very unprofessionally. Beware, you can very easily get charged for work they don't perform.

His professionalism, attention to detail and customer service rivaled any prior visit. Had to have my septic tank pumped. He is the first service tech in 10 years that realized I had two tanks. Obviously not his first rodeo.
He brought to my attention different options for maintaining my system. He also offered me a thorough and complete estimate to replace my system. He went over all quotes in detail. Needless to say it was the kinda service you don't really see anymore in todays world. Very impressed, and to put it plainly just a hell of a nice guy. We needed a septic tank inspection done for the purchase of our new home in Maitland. It turned out to be a trickier job than expected and we had a tight timeline because of due diligence. Ken and Kyle and Rick at Total Septic were incredibly helpful and professional under difficult circumstances, and we are so appreciative. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I have confidence that this company will help you get the job done and the job done right. I do love the team of people that work at Total, from dispatch, to plumbers to the septic team. I have worked with them a few times and will continue to use them. However they are extremely expensive and have lots of fees - why the 3 stars (Good) - just make sure you get 3 or 4 bids and shop around. Also work that is quoted for a new septic system and drainfield - may not include hooking up to the main-line, that is plumbing and is extra. They charged me $450 for a 12 and 6 riser and cover over my existing system. $250 to pump (which is decent I hear) I was charged $500 to remove my toilet and snake the main-line with a camera and sensor to find the existing tank which could have easily done with a soil probe - but the tank was quite deep so most likely a reason it was not easily found until after the sensor found it. They charged me $140 for excessive solids and $75 for digging deep. I also threw the guys some extra cash so they could jet my mainline, that would have been another fee. When looking for a new system, they quoted me almost 10K for 1050 poly tank and 670 sqft of drainfield and 2 loads of dirt. I was able to get a 1500 poly, 870 sqft drainfield AND an infiltrator system with Alarm and hooked up to my mainline for under $9K. Don't forget to include costs for repairing / rerouting your sprinklers and sod replacement too!

Great job as always. Van was courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning and emptying our grease traps at the restaurant.

Had a custom drain put in for driveway that was holding water and Phil (manager) who oversaw the project and Robert who did most of the labor on the project were great to deal with and they exceeded my expectations and months later the drain is working incredibly. Price was also very reasonable.

Angela did an awesome job pumping our septic tank. She was knowledgeable and shared information with me. As a first time owning a home with septic system, it helps to know as much as possible. Job well done, Angela!!

Total came out a week ago and did a neighbors drainfield. They left our street looking like a construction site, piles of dirt everywhere along with old septic rock scattered everywhere. I called them twice and asked them to clean up their mess as it’s an eyesore on our street. Both times I was told they would do something about it but nobody ever shows up. This is on Carriage Oak Ct in ocoee

I had a different company do mine last year and when finished they swept up and left the area clean so I know how it should be. This company (total) doesn’t care about standards or the image they leave behind. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

We have used Total Enviro multiple times. Matt Barrows quickly solved multiple issues and was professional, polite and efficient. He clearly explained the issues with our septic tank and how the system works. He also re-did some old and poorly designed pipework and solved our overflow issue. Highly recommend!

So I schedule an appointment yesterday to do the riser for our septic tank from 3-5 pm charged us and the guy showed up today but, didn't get out of his car and drove away. Later I called Total's Office and their representative told me that , that worker said we had a crack in our septic tank. WHAT?! He didn't even exit his truck, how did he knew that? Our plumbing guy from Total yesterday didn't even said our septic tank has a crack. He checked and their was no crack. I believe your guy that came today, just made an a random excuse of not coming down from his truck or to even bother talking us about the problem. Laziness!

We contracted Total Enviro to come pump our septic today and we could not be more pleased. James called when he was 20 minutes out just as they said he would. Upon arrival James asked me what was going on with the system. I advised him that we periodically have gurgling in one of our toilets during heavy usage, but no backups or slow drains. After pumping, James took the time to look over the entire system. He advised me that the drain field was saturated and even took some video to show me what he was talking about. He then checked to see if there was a filter before the drain field that may be clogged, as that can sometimes cause a problem. No filter on our system. He took even more time and pumped out the extra water that was coming back into the tank from the drain field. He also double checked to make sure that our drain pipe wasn't clogged. James's recommendation was to take a wait and see approach. Now that the tank was completely empty he suggested adding some enzymes and letting the drain field dry out and that maybe the enzymes would kick start the system to see if we could get some more life out of it. No high pressure drain field replacement speech, which was refreshing. Thank you James and Total Enviro!!

UPDATE and Response.. Other than pumping out my tank and providing a crazy estimate, your company DID NOT DO ANY WORK. PERIOD. Had you done anything, you would have noticed the circuit board, switches and electrical problems would have prohibited the completion of the items on your invoice. Also, the feed to the city sewer line was blocked by debris which had to be cleared. I know all of this because the reputable company that I hired and paid showed me everything prior to their start and completion of work necessary to repair my septic system.

RUN AWAY FROM these knuckle heads! Was sent out by Roto-Rooter to provide an estimate for lift pump station and pump out after hurricane Irma. Their estimate was $14k for a job I had done for $5k AND then I get a bill from Roto Rooter for Total Septic initial pump out for $7,014! CROOKS!

Angela from Total pumped my septic tank today. It was challenging to open the concrete access port, since a tree was growing next to it and it hadn't been opened in a while, but she and her partner persisted and got it open. The actual pumping was quick and thorough.

We have an older home built in 1988 that we purchased back in 2012 utilizing a septic tank and drainage field. All of our neighbors over the past couple years, one by one, have had to re-do their drainage fields. We had hoped that was not going to happen to us but yesterday it did! We experienced a backup in all out toilets and sinks. Our drainage field had finally said it's time to retire. Being in a bit of a panic we researched the internet and based on reviews took a chance with Total Enviro Services. They were able to show up that very day, thank goodness! From what I understand that is not always possible in their industry. Pat, the service technician, was just plain awesome. While he worked, we watched. He explained everything he was doing. He explained how the septic tank and the drainage field works and quickly got our toilets and sinks working again by cleaning out the tank. This at least bought us a couple weeks to get ready for the next steps. Our next step with Total Enviro Services is have our drainage field replaced. Not fun, not cheap, but it's very clear to us now what it does, and why it needs to be replaced. I'll update this post once that happens. For now, everything to-date done by Total Enviro Services has been outstanding. Thank you! More to follow...

Wish I could give a zero. They replaced my septic tank and drainfield. We failed failed inspection the first time because they failed to dig deep enough. I was charged more to redo it. Then they tore up my lawn three/four times the size of the work done, left a very deep slope. In addition, my entire beautifully driveway had to be redone because their earthmovers and equipment left it in horrible shape. I more than doubled the original estimates because of the poor job done the first time and the damage they caused.

Job poorly done. After Total came back to redo the 1st job, as my husband stated above, now water gets stuck and not all of it goes down the drain. This will bring mosquitoes and it's not the job I originally wanted to pay $2100 for. I would like for you to contact my husband as hr has tried numerous times with no success.

Septic Tank Service gone wrong!!! We have lived in the Druid Hills area since 1987 and know that a lot of our neighbors have septic tanks that will need pumping out every 2 - 3 years. Lately, we've had several of our friends who have had to have new drain fields put in which can be very expensive especially during this pandemic we're going through. Recently we had our septic tank pumped out by Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a, Total Septic Services). Once completed, the technician dropped the lid and broke it leaving half of the lid down in our tank and the other on the edge of the opening. He assured me the company would take care of it no problem. We had to cover the hole with a tarp, not the company. Plus, with all the rain we've had, our tank is filling back up with water even being covered with a tarp. Over the last 2 weeks no one and I repeat NO ONE from Total Enviro has contacted us about our situation. We have had to call them every day to see what they are going to do about this. They will not even come and take out the broken lid out of our tank. They say they are not responsible for the broken lid. We have everything documented and finally spoke to the C.E.O. and she said they would only fix it for an additional $475. This is outrageously unprofessional and their customer service has failed us and we, the customer, are on the losing end. We have no other choice but to contact our lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, social media and the local news to expose this company. We are sharing this in hopes no one else has to go through what we have. Please DO NOT USE Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a Total Septic Services). Thank you for your time. Blessings!

Let's be clear, the lid DID NOT cave in. It was dropped or plopped down by your technician. The technician who came out the day before didn't break it so I don't feel I should pay for a lid that you clearly broke. Also other companies prices for a new lid was cheaper than your so called discounted price. Plus you were going to charge me again full price to pump out all the rain water that filled the hole in my yard which again, I had to cover with tarp. You also charged me $100 over the initial invoice and until I brought it to your attention, I was refunded. Yes, we all make mistakes but you guys clearly don't won't to take any responsibility. And again have a blessed day.

Total enviro installed a new drain field on my neighbors property. We live on a dead end road and instead of them using the neighbors property that they are working at to turn their equipment trailer around, they came into my driveway with their trailer and bobcat and put scrapes into my concrete
