Came to my house on 11/28/17 and fixed some issue with pipes and sink faucet cost $295.00. Could not get the parts for the faucet and asked me to order from Delta. Was told at that time the plumber would stop by when I got the parts and put them in. Returned today 12/12/17 and charged me another service call because he could not provide the part that time?? Glad that he stepped up and did the right thing.

I was having issues with the water in my kitchen sink not coming on , my toilet & tub that wouldn’t drain and Josh & Mike came ON TIME & provided the service I needed. You resolved my issue quickly & my mind is now at ease. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them.

My toilet started “acting up”. All I could hear was $$ flowing and getting worse. Called Josh and he was out this AM to take care of my leak. I went ahead and had the “guts” changed out, on my other toilet, too. Thanks Josh!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a slab leak and had to have a complete repipe done. I had to go back and forth with my homeowners insurance for three months before we reached a settlement. Josh was generous enough to understand what a frustrating situation I was in and promptly completed the repipe. My situation was unusual and they were willing to work with me to restore water to my home. They were kind, professional, punctual, and put me at ease after a long, stressful time. Don't use big corporations! Support these local guys and you will not be disappointed!

Outstanding service!!! Joshua and Mike did an excellent job and did not flinch when I told them that this one little task was a test as I had several other issues that I would need addressed at a later date. Joshua asked what they would have to do to earn the other business then offered to take a look at the other issues. They came out to fix one toilet and ended up completing three other projects for me, new disposal, fix the main line coming into the house and repair our other toilet. I know some would disagree, but Joshua gave a flat rate for each task which made for no surprises at the end (and offered a discount since he was doing so many things at once). Friendly, clean, prompt, flexible, fair pricing. I hope to never need them again, but if so they are on speed dial!!!

I ran into an emergency due to my attempt to install a bidet. I called Josh and he could tell by the distress I needed assistance quickly. He came out and got my mess fixed and the bidet installed. He did a great job, i am new to the area so it is great having already found an awesome plumber.

Awesome is an overused term, but it's the same response my wife and I both had. Since our addition has been completed, the water pressure in the shower has never been what we expected. Recently, after having another plumber come out and make it worse, I asked a friend for a recommendation. My friend highly recommended Joshua Tree Plumbing and said they always fix the issue. He said they were 5/5 for him, so I figured I'd give them a try. I called Josh and he was at my house within an hour. He gave me an accurate up front price and was finished within about 45 minutes. The shower has NEVER worked better, even when brand new! The water pressure is...awesome. Josh was as or more professional and knowledgeable than any plumber I've ever dealt with before.

In summary, after years of searching, Joshua Tree Plumbing is now my go to plumber.

I was referred to Josh by a handy-man I called for the removal of an old water-softener unit and installation of a replacement unit. Josh was very responsive and contacted me less than 24-hours from my initial inquiry. He spent some time over the phone reviewing the project and offering estimated pricing. Josh and Mike showed up at my home the next day and were able to complete the removal and installation within an hour or so. Both Josh and Mike were courteous, responsive, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend their work to someone looking for quality plumbing services.

On-time, professional and fixed our issue the first time. I'm not sure what else you would want in a plumber? Joshua was early for our appointment, offered repairs I didn't know we needed (but demonstrated why) and cleaned up after himself too. His prices were fair and he was a good communicator. Need a plumber? Call him!

Josh expertly replaced shower faucet and pipes for my tub to shower conversion. He also rerouted pipes for the new IKEA sink cabinet between the drywall and cinder block wall where there’s not a lot of space, maybe an inch at most. Superb job at very reasonable price. I recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing to anyone.

Joshua Tree Plumbing provided excellent service when my old water heater started leaking. They returned my call within 10 minutes (on a weekend) and provided over-the-phone support immediately. During the service visit, various replacement options were presented in a professional manner. No high-pressure sales tactics. A new energy-efficient (hybrid) water heater was installed the next day. The finished product (piping, valves, connections, etc.) was excellent and I will certainly call this plumber again. Knowledgeable, responsive, fair, professional. High marks all the way around for this owner-operated business.

Excellent & Quality service!! We called to have a refrigerator's ice maker and a dishwasher hooked up. New floors were being put in and we needed to reconnect the appliances. Joshua Tree was highly recommend, I called and they came out the same day. Mike came out and did the work, he also replaced the hot/cold shut off valves under the sink. I have used Joshua Tree Plumbing a few times now and have always found them to be polite, punctual, professional and fair. I called today at 8:50 to discuss replacing my water heater. Today at 11:50 the new water heater was installed and the old one hauled away. Excellent service. Quality work.

They are a legitimate, well-organized company, with licensed plumbers, not handymen. Their workmanship is superb, and the owner does the work.

I'm nine months pregnant and was in my car with my 8 year old who was just discharged from the er. I had to stop at home depot on my way home. there was one parking spot in the shade and near the door. I backed partially out of the spot to straighten myself out when out of nowhere the Joshua Tree Van cut into the space nearly hitting my car with his van. I rolled my window down and tried to explain the situation to him. He just left his van half in the spot got out and walked into the store. Incredibly rude and disrespectful with no regard for the fact that he an able bodied many literally just almost caused an accident with a woman who is 9 months pregnant and an 8 year old who could barely walk and was just discharged from the er less than 10 minutes before this incident. This man should be ashamed of himself. Luckily I was able to prevent the accident and everyone is ok but is this really the type of person you want helping you?

Just a quick note to say that Josh and Mike were an AWESOME FIND for us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us their recommendations – both cost-effective solutions to a leak we’ve been experiencing for quite a while.

Because we had to choose replacement equipment, they had to make a return trip. No hype, no up-sells and FAIR PRICING! What a great experience!

Everyone knows a good plumber is hard to find! I can’t say enough positive things about Joshua. He is professional and an expert at what he does. We’ve used him to replace our hot water heater and, on a separate occasion, take care of a water hammer issue that had persisted for awhile. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and the work quality is superior!

I have had Joshua and his partner out to work on jobs for both my mother and myself and want to extol the virtues of their service. They rebuilt the shower in my mother's bathroom and re-plumbed her kitchen sink. They also replace my water heater and installed a water purification system in my kitchen...all in the same day. Excellent service and excellent work...one of the best plumbing companies in the Brandon area...if not THE best.

I really liked Mike, he is no longer with the company, I had a Plumbing issue and asked Joshua a question regarding the work that was done, I felt I had every right too & Joshua did not seem too happy that I questioned his worked which cost me $500.00 and took it personal. Joshua was supposed to come back and install the shower hardware which he wanted an extra $200.00. Joshua Ignore three text messages and three phone calls. Finally texted me back and said he was busy, even though he told me he would be back and then sent me to a different Plumbing company. I finally did the installation on my own & saved $200.00. I had highly recommended Joshua Tree to many friends and family after my previous experience, going forward I will no longer recommend nor use Joshua Tree Pluming.

Fourth time using Joshua Tree Plumbing, each time deserving of a five star rating. The most recent job was the biggest we've had done, involved a complete re-pipe of well water treatment and pressure system as well as installation of new pressure relief valve and gauges. Each time guys were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable...and the work is also VERY reasonably priced. They give attention to details, and never rush to get done quickly...the job is ALWAYS their priority. I'm thrilled to find that service companies such as this one still exist and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reputable and capable plumber. I've used Joshua Tree Plumbing twice now, a year apart. Each time the service was impeccable! The work done is quality, they're responsive, and the cost is reasonable.
