Installed my gas water heater without a problem the same day.

Unpunctual, Poor Service and Money Scavengers.

- Showed up 1.5 hours earlier unannounced even though they were aware this was a duplex with tenants living in them.
- They found problems with the Drain Field and took 6 days to provide a quote (Despite the fact that they were told that this was a purchase deal and we were within a 10-day inspection period).
- Not only had we agreed to pay double for the inspection ( Because they had found two septic tanks in the property), The inspector kept insinuating that it was going to cost more money for them to explore the connectivity between the tanks (Tanks that were approximately 3 feet apart from each other). They never charged extra, but the continue innuendos about having to charge extra was bothersome. Since then we have had few companies come over to provide quotes. These companies have dig out a lot more than what Bay Plumbing did without charging a penny and provided a quote right on the spot.
- After waiting for 6 days for a quote, Bay Plumbing came back with a $7,000.00 quote, when all of the other licensed companies quoted between $3000 and $4500.

These types of company (i.e. Bay Plumbing) are the type of company that I don’t want to do any business with, even if it cost me little more money… I would rather keep my sanity.

I am the proud owner of Fast Act Restoration. Do to the fact we work in the construction and restoration industry we are constantly using a list of preferred vendors for specific needs. Bay plumbing has been a blessing to work with thus far. They are very professional and properly priced. I have yet to have a single complaint using these guys for any of our service, remodel or new construction needs. Robert (owner of Bay Plumbing) is a true professional and takes the necessary additional steps to make sure all his clients and customers are always happy. Someone came to do estimate and never heard from them again. We have called many times and still being told estimate still not ready. It’s been over 2 weeks and told that the man who did the estimate was the man who came out for measurements.

Called them to fix a valve at the residence, upon my initial conversation they claimed to be experts with this type of valve. Brand Grohe. Now U$D 500.00 later they leave and I still have the same problem. Extremely Disappointed and surprised that they have been in business this long..be careful with this company

I had Jesse and Junior coming today to empty the septic tank, both were very, friendly, professional and had knew what they were doing.They cam on time and finished quickly. Cleaned everything after they were finished. The booking and conformation from there office was also very profesional.

By far the best plumbing service. You can feel safe with them that they'll get the job done and done right.

They made arrangements with me to complete work. They made me schedule a roofer around their appointed time. Changed the time. Never showed up. Cost me time and money and never even bothered to reply. Incredibly unprofessional!

DO NOT USE!!!!!! I used these guys based on recommendations by neighbors and I am disgusted! They came to fix two leaky toilets which they could not fix because they did not have the parts at the cost of $232. One of the toilets was a standard American signature which is a cheap toilet. Alex the plumber recommended I spend over $200 in parts for a toilet that costs basically the same thing. I had to leave to pick up my son from school and my nanny told me the guy was just killing time (they charge per hour) no matter if they fix anything. I called the company to complain and I never got a call from the manager. I still have two leaky toilets.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Just needed a toilet to be repaired. They billed me for traveling time. They didn't do the job because they needed an authorization to buy the parts. What parts from a toilet could be so expensive that an authorization is needed??? (translation for excuse to a new appointment and bill me again for traveling time) I had to call 3 times for my second appointment because the administrative staff goes out for breakfast and lunch 3 times per day and never call the clients back. Furthermore they charge 140 per hour plus the labor of the helper. HELPER!! just to repair a toilet!! go figure!. I ended up paying for another plumber service and had my toilet repaired without so much complication. WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER CALLING AGAIN.

They are excellent bacon fix anybody's plumbing.

In at least three occasions, they have managed to save us money. When we needed to change out the plumbing in our house, they did an excellent job, did not try to oversell, and saved us at least $7000 compared to the other companies' quotes and attempts to oversell (tear down walls, etc.). I appreciate their honest and quick help. Definitely give Robert a call for any new job you need estimated.

My recent Bay Plumbing Co. was about as pleasant as hiring a plumbing co. can be.

A simple phone call, sent some pictures via text to make sure they could show up to the job with parts in hand (efficiency). They scheduled an technician who was punctual, professional, did a thorough job of explaining the work, and was friendly. Overall 5 Stars.

People that work for this company believe they own the street: they double park in front of the business and ask you to back up and go around.

Ruth was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and was able to send over a plumber within 15 minutes. She also explained pricing beforehand which was super helpful. My plumber, Nick, was polite, patient and efficient when replacing my garbage disposal. Customer service was excellent! Everything taken care of in a total of an hour.

Excellent Service. We had a plumbing emergency at one of our business locations after hours. Robert sent someone out right away. Angel was excellent and knowledgeable. He saved the day. We are very thankful for their prompt and professional attention.

Fantastic Services!! Fast and Professional. Had an emergency with a flood in my kitchen. Called the office explained my issue and customer service representative was very understanding and took care of me promptly was able to get service asap. I got scammed from this address I got overpaid then made me send back the difference the check bounced and the money was taken out of my account it was 1200 dollars

Although ave usedthis company before they did not respond to an emergency at an elementary school. Did not dispatch plumber after multiple calls and told we were next and would be there withinin an hour. After 4 hours of no show and flooded backed up tioilets I would NOT reccommend their services for any job.

I have been using Bay Plumbing for two years for a very old building that has many plumbing issues. They are courteous, on time, clean and I have never had a repair fail. They are a bit more expensive than companies I used in the past however, it is well worth the price for the service performed.

I just called them because my sink disposal stop working and I also needed some help with the toilet in the mastbedroom, well Ms Maribel at Customer Service was the nicest and most professional....explained in great detail process and service charge. Pending the arrival of the plumber a little later today but so far if Customer Service is any indication, these folks are stellar....More to come....

Very reliable plumbing company which is tough to find these days. Their employees are always polite . The work is done properly and priced fairly. Most important to me was they kept the work area clean, and left no signs of being there. Will recommend to all.
