Es la segunda vez que vienen y en esta última ocacion llame para que me destaparan el drenaje de la cocina no lo pudieron hacer y me cobraron 115 dls por no reparar nada ni si quiera me cobraron el fee que cobran otras compañías de 70 dls solo por venir ellos en 15 min te dicen que no pueden y te cobran demasiado por nada. No recomendables !

Pero creo que sus plomeros no les dan la informacion correcta cuando se trata de un problema pero si el dueño desea contactarse me pueden avisar y les paso mi informacion ya que trate de tener un servicios que YO iva a pagar pero para su plomero no era su cliente so el servicio no quisieron darlo ni dar informacion en la oficina porque la dueña de mi apartamento le dijo a uno de sus plomeros que no dieran informacion ni la informacion del segun supuesto trabajo que segun hicieron en mi apartamento que yo pague de otra compañia $630 dolares y segun ustedes cobraron por el**mismo trabajo** $250 dolares y el problema fue peor🤷🏻‍♀️

Fueron cordiales en todo momento, pero una vez llegaron a mi casa primero me dijeron que el problema era q estaba tapado el fregadero que el costo era $100, luego q abrieron dijeron que era la manga $145 y a lo último dijeron q necesitaba una línea jet con foam y el costo sería entre $500 y $800, les pagamos $150 y le dijimos que cerrara todo que íbamos a buscar alternativas, vino otra persona cuando abrió aún había arroz en la tubería que nunca limpiaron, y con una máquina de $60 y $125 de labor la persona que vino me lo destapó y limpio como debía ser. Esta compañíatras que me dejo un reguero de arroz y cosas suciasDebajo del fregadero, me dejo el filtro del agua sin presion no se q le hicieron tampoco, no vuelvo a utilizar este servicio con esta compañía, tratan de estafar a sus clientes, entiendo q la plomeria es costosa pero no traten de cojer de pendejo a la gente y robarles sus dinero

Don’t expect professionalism from these folks. My Airbnb host hired these folks and it not only took them a couple days to come in, when they got here they left months of hair visible in the bathroom bin, and muddied the bathroom with filthy boots. Not sure what was worst, clogged tubs or dirty bathrooms from very bad customer service from these folks. Save yourself the trouble.

I called and explained the issue I was facing with the water on my property, the guy sounded like he was high while he was taking my information. Either way I scheduled my appointment because I wanted advice and a quote. The guy said it was my sprinkler system and had to turn on MY sprinkler system to see if it was the issue. He said yes and charged me $98 for a diagnostic test. Mind you, the guy i originally made the appointment with never told me there would be a fee for anything. Moreover, I had him quote me for some work I wanted done the guy said we brake the walls and remove everything but we do not fix what we break or repair the wall after doing the work. So I said okay how much he said $1,600 just to put two pipelines in the back of my wall in the bathroom and laundy room! $1,600 for a half done job? They don't even do the whole job? CRAZY!

Kitchen sink was backing up David sent a tech out right away. Technician was profesional and well experienced wasted no time,took care of the problem and left everything nice and clean. El Plomero Latino was there for me at a moment when I was desperate. It had been about a week and other companies were too busy for my business. I contacted them and they were immediately at my service. Franklin the service tech came out to my house for the estimate the very same day. They scheduled to come back the next day. All throughout Franklin communicated with me explaining everything he was doing. He worked very hard for hours to get the job done and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work performed. Called 4 companies 2 never showed, 1 company that showed was charging tripled. Called El Plomero Latino on Tuesday their plumber showed up the same day gave a me an estimated came the next day and by 10am my problem was fixed. Reliable service, great prices and customer service.

We where having problem with our water heater and other plumbers where giving us prices to replaced over the phone. And thank God we called jet rooter they came (Free of charge) tested the water heater and fixed for only $155.00 When the others where asking up to $700.00 to replace my water heater without even looking at it.

This company performed a leak repair. They came out late Friday evening and completed the repairs after 7pm. As a foreigner that lives in the UK and was not able to make payment till the next business day. When contacted on Monday, they refused to provide written itemized statement until payment was received. Finally late Monday evening around 6:41pm I received a statement. If payment was not made, there is a daily late fee of $25. Tried to make a payment via Zelle per their statement and it did not go through. By Thursday the bill has increased to $650 and the threat of a lien on the property. This business has been operational for 10 years and has no online payment option. Worried for the security of giving credit card information over the phone or sending it via email is risky as this account has been compromised before. Unfortunately, the only option to pay is providing the card detail unsecured, wanting to avoid a lien and additional late fees. While the work was completed satisfactorily, as a foreigner it felt as though this was a scam and unprofessional. Would never recommend this company.

Franklin came out to inspect a shower cartridge installation that I did. He said it was installed properly but throughout the night the shower head kept dripping. So I called the dispatcher and Franklin directly the next day and he was here within an hour. He came and replaced the cartridge with an authentic Moen part and made sure it wasn’t leaking before he left. He was extremely friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.
I strongly recommend Franklin to anyone that needs a plumber called to there house. He will be my parents plumber moving forward. I feel very confident that he will do the right thing if my parents ever need him again. Thank you.
