We called Chuck's to have an outside faucet replaced and one of our toilets needed new parts - the next day the plumber showed up on time and ready to go. Bobby was polite and professional ( we hit it off immediately ) and quickly sized up the work. He took the time to explain what was involved to complete the work, as well as offered a few tips to keep things optimized and running smooth.

Bobby went above and beyond - he was efficient and did a great job top to bottom. We are pleased with the work and will only use Bobby from now on for any plumbing maintenance moving forward. I recommend Chucks plumbing - thanks Bobby.

Fantastic experience. We’ve had a couple plumbers not want to go under our 1930s farm house because of the limited crawlspace, but not this guy. He spent an entire day working hard, re-piped our entire house and replaced our nasty galvanized metal, ran dishwasher lines and set up our new hot water heater. Now everything is upgraded and it was exactly what he quoted us as far as price. He is hard-working, honest, positive and we will hire him again in a heartbeat. It’s so nice to have a reliable professional plumber!

I'm sure with their unique brand name, long history and many 5 star reviews they are top notch. My only negative is the $49 service charge in advance for obtaining any repair estimate that can be applied to work order. I didn't hire them but they have 24/7 human answering the phone!

We discovered a leak on a Friday evening. I reached out to several plumbers big and small. No one was willing to come before Monday. Until I called Fuquay Plumbing, I reached him at 8pm on Friday evening, he came out at 9am Saturday. He got it taken care of and the price was more than reasonable.

Courteous, punctual and efficient. Will definitely use JJM again.

Edgar was awesome. From the moment I called he picked up right away and was available to come out super quick. He showed up before I even got there had a mask and gloves and was ready to go. He quickly assessed the property and then didn't even charge us for coming out. I would definitely call Edgar as my first call for any plumbing needs in the future! 5 star service all the way!! Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

My main drain was backing up when washing clothes lately & I texted Twin City Drain for help. Mark responded immediately via text that he could come right out which he did. Problem solved in about 30 mins at a reasonable price. I’ll certainly call him again if I have a water drain issue. Mark is a good guy to know.
