Edgar was awesome. From the moment I called he picked up right away and was available to come out super quick. He showed up before I even got there had a mask and gloves and was ready to go. He quickly assessed the property and then didn't even charge us for coming out. I would definitely call Edgar as my first call for any plumbing needs in the future! 5 star service all the way!! Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

EXCEPTIONAL service ⭐️ we’ve worked with Mr.Carlos twice , the first time we were having trouble with our shower and toilet he came out told us the issue and fix it next day . Our second interaction was our kitchen sink leakage problem he came saw the issue got right to work and fixed within a few minutes . Very respectable, Amazing work ethic , and most importantly PHENOMENAL customer service . He will be are plumber moving forward ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we thank him and appreciate his great service . Mark was great! Super professional and responsive. He cleared out our main sewage drain that contained gunk garbage and tree roots. The pipes stretched out to about 140ft, if not more! Definitely not a DIY project - go to TCD!
