May has sent two work professionals to try to unblock my main. So far, they have not been able to get it cleared, but both appointments were professional and knowledgeable. They have not pressured me into high cost repairs, and have been willing to progressively try lower cost options first to see if they could be made to project in my situation. In the past other companies have refused to work in situations like this, insisting instead on expensive excavations and replacement rather than attempting to clear older lines like these. I feel as if May’s staff respects my budget, and is doing they can to provide assistance at a lower price point, if possible, before moving on to more expensive options.
