Brad Price did an good task installing a new furnace and thermostat in my home. Manuel Robinson was amazing. He initially came out on December 22th. He went above and beyond to help my family until we could get our furnace installed. Both guys are professional and nice. I would recommended them.

May has sent two work professionals to try to unblock my main. So far, they have not been able to get it cleared, but both appointments were professional and knowledgeable. They have not pressured me into high cost repairs, and have been willing to progressively try lower cost options first to see if they could be made to project in my situation. In the past other companies have refused to work in situations like this, insisting instead on expensive excavations and replacement rather than attempting to clear older lines like these. I feel as if May’s staff respects my budget, and is doing they can to provide assistance at a lower price point, if possible, before moving on to more expensive options.

Kayden and Preston unclogged the drainage for our work porch bathroom when the sink, toilet and shower backed up when we ran the washing machine. They were efficient, professional, removed the clog, and got our bathroom and washing machine back into working order. They arrived on Saturday and got the project done.

Abel was great. I had an trouble with my toilet. It was leaking and I couldn't figure it out. He wasn't sure at first what was causing the leak. He diagnosed it and eventually figured out the problem. It was not a common complication that he normally deals with but he still figured it out and got the work done. Thank you!

TANKLESS WATER HEATER upkeep (FLUSH) Today Harold Tipton arrived to project on flushing the tankless water heater after Humberto corrected the water valves and installed FLOW-TECH system yesterday afternoon. Harold called me and asked me what time he could come to do maintenance. I said what time was convenient for me. He showed up few minutes earlier and that was great! He told me how long it would take to flush the water heater. He did finish his work as I was told. I am appreciative of him doing extra miles to ! me. Keep charging, Harold!

We have used Southwest Plumbing on numerous occasions over the last few years and endorse them. we've worked with has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Recently, I had two plumbing problems and Earl and Josiah came out that day and had everything working properly very quickly! Last year, my husband was extremely ill and preparing for surgery when our sewer line backed up into our shower and we had to turn off the water. The people with this company were so responsive and kind. We needed to have a large section of our underground sewer pipe replaced and they worked around all our medical appointments and then until 10pm the night before surgery so we would have water. File this under “you get what you pay for.” While they weren’t the cheapest, by far, they were the most capable. I’ve had three plumbers clear our clogged drain over the years and they are the only ones who took the time to explain things to me, outline options, and guarantee their work! Brendan and Ryder were the work techs on the work and they were professional. Left the site cleaner than when they started. recommend.

Our heat stopped working despite the boiler only being two years old. Our repairman could have just blamed the control board and moved on, but something didn't sit right from him so he traced one of the thermostat wires along the basement ceiling and discovered it had broken at a join. The thermostat wiring is old and brittle in our building but I never would have thought to check it. One freshly stripped wire and a wire nut later and our heat was responding to the thermostat again. Great problem solving. Also just a personable, easy to talk to person.
