AJ and his team were very responsive and squeezed me into theirs already busy schedule. They were extremely cordial and friendly and went right to work. Before I knew it, they were done! Great work. They're on my PERMANENT LIST of Go To plummers!

Helped my in-laws out. They had a garbage disposal and and dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They came out and fixed both. Then went above and beyond and fixed the outside hose-bib. Really thankful to have people like Frank and AJ that you can trust to do a great job. Thanks for helping my in-laws out.

Called and spoke with Frank. I was having trouble with a toilet running and a leaking tub. He helped me fix the toilet over the phone, and I made an appt for the tub. He knew what was wrong with the tub just by asking questions and picture I sent him. He was timely and very professional. Prices were very fair. Will absolutely call again.

We needed help with our hot water tank today. Called based on a family recommendation, and I was not disappointed! Excellent service! Technicians were kind, helpful, & prompt. Will definitely use again!

We've had a variety of issues we were trying to fix on our own with no luck. Thankfully, AJ was able to come out and fix them right away and very affordably. He has never tried to quote us for something we don't actually need. It's nice to find an honest service person who also does a great job at their trade! We've referred them out to friends and will continue to do so.

Because the builder used substandard subcontractors, I was afreaid Frank from Trails end would have to remove the hot water heater to fix the leak at the pressure regulator. They thought they could fix without removing...AND THEY WERE RIGHT! One assessment, purchase the leaking part and replace. Great job and fee was reasonable. They are my go to plumbers from now on. Even followed up to make sure we were satisfied...when's the last time the big guys did that? Highly recommend, even suggested we wait over the weekend to fix so we would not be torn down and no hot water...My kind of service company!
