Blake Stasyuk visited my house 6/24 he advise that my capacitor may need to be replaced and of mold build up around my coils due to humidity. He gave me some quotes which I knew were over inflated. I got a second opinion and was advise that my capacitor was operating in a normal range. I was able to get a UV light for $250 with install. Keep in mind I was quoted $1100 from Blake. Also, my drain line wasn't flushed. I thought this was included with the tune up. Beware of sales tactics. These companies use cheap rates to get in the door then use sales tactics to sell you more. Do your homework people. I wasted $69 with this company.

Jeremy is AMAZING!!! Not only is he knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and cleans up, he goes the extra mile to ensure you understand what and why items are needed. I swear I learned enough plumbing from him that I could be his assistant. I’ll add the open wall photo so you can see the rats nest reduced to just beautiful work. That all came with the extra 30min spent to test water flow and educate me on usage and maintenance. I can’t recommend anyone else, only plumber I’ll ever need.

Charles and Pamela at Call-A-Plumber epitomize they meaning of a hometown business that goes out of their way to help their customers solve a problem. Let’s face it. You don’t call for plumbing services if everything is working perfectly in your life! I had clients with a problem with their shower valve and Pamela and Charles helped me (and my clients) so much! They proactively reached out to my clients to personally speak with them to reassure them the problem was being resolved. The owner of the business, Charles Duncan, personally went to the distributor to pick up the part and he personally went to the location to install, making sure my client was kept informed at every step of the way. Now. Where do you get service like that these days? From Call A Plumber! So. Do yourselves a favor. Call A Plumber when you need to call a plumber. They are amazing people and they do amazing work!!

They are the worst company to have install anything!!! Faulty work, careless and not willing to correct their mistakes or make anything right! They installed a drainfield through Nova Homes and after 2 years the drainfield has failed. They aren't willing to fix it and think that their customers should pay out thousands of dollars for equipment that should last 15-25 years!!!!!!!!!
