Overall it was a great experience dealing with David Gray electrical. They were very responsive, scheduled my appointment and we’re on time. They performed the work and the technician even called me to discuss what was repaired. Great service!

Chris and his assistant were on time; quickly diagnosed my electrical issues; fixed the problematic issue; and, then re-checked the repair to make sure everything was running smoothly. During the repair process, Chris answered all my questions, making sure that I understood what the issue(s) were. They were extremely professional….and, if I could give them more than “5 Stars,” I would. Customer service is terrible. Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 10, didn't show up until 11am. They did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know he was running late. Still charged me a service fee for 2 seconds of work and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Don't waste your time and money with this rude and inconsiderate business.

Great, quick service. They were able to schedule us the next day. We needed wiring for an outdoor fan added to our new patio. They were competitively priced. The fan is securely in, no shaking or wobbling. It was done perfectly. Thank you.

Complete trash. Unprofessional and incompetent. Couldn't repair a simple outlet in my bathroom after taking 3 weeks to schedule appointment and then showing up on the wrong day ?

Set up a NEMA 14-50 outlet and another 110 volt outlet in my garage. Great work and very responsive to my questions. Thanks Rich.

On time and quick repair

One of their employees followed me after I accidentally cut them off, making verbal threats and even touching my phone when I went to record him! Don't do business with this company!

Disgusting service.

I am a general contractor and the Duval county area and I tried to use all service electric. Unfortunately due to their unprofessional standards I was given an estimate andthen once I was ready to schedule the work I called back only to find out that they had no recollection or records of my estimate. Then proceeded to tell me it would be nearly 4 times the amount originally given in the estimate. please don't use them it's not even worth the headache. This misunderstanding put me in a very bad position with the investment group I work for.

Fantastic service and value. The team installed a pool heater circuit and converted a well pump to 220v. Scheduling was easy, estimate was accurate and the team arrived when scheduled. Truly a pleasure.
