EDIT 2: As of today, the technician contacted me and scheduled a time to complete the job today. He showed up and completed the job to my satisfaction. Therefore, I'm amending my review again, to 4 stars.

EDIT: Unfortunately I must edit my 5 star review to a 3 star review. While I was initially quite satisfied with the job done by Jax Electric, I was promised a return to finish the job that as of this writing, has not been honored. At the time of the initial job, I did not have the correct type of switches needed. The technician promised a return to finish that portion of the job for free, even though I offered to pay for his return. I contacted him stating that I was ready and had the supplies needed, to which he scheduled me. He did not show. I texted again, to which he informed me that he had me down for a different day. He did not show on that day either. I inquired again, and we rescheduled again. He informed me that there was a family emergency and had to cancel. He never contacted me to reschedule until I contacted him asking when he'd be able to finish the job. We rescheduled for today, and as of this writing, he has not shown nor contacted me. For this reason, I feel I have no choice but to revise my review. My original review is below.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Hired to diagnose a shorted light switch and installation of several other smart switches. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, and offered suggestions about what types of switches I needed. Price was fair. Definitely would use this service again.

Premier electrical company with a proven track record of delivering results. Employed Quality Electrical Services to install/hardwire a Ring doorbell, a new electrical outlet, and two ceiling fans. Was blown away by their efficiency, stellar quality of work, and customer service. Completely unrivaled on all fronts. Furthermore, this company prioritizes the customer above its own financial gain, which is unheard of these days. If you’re looking for an honest, professional, and highly respected electrical company…look no farther. Surefire choice for any electrical job.

Unfortunately times arrive where you are in need of an electrician.. if that is why you are reading reviews, you do not have to go any further. Josh is professional and prompt but also he is also a very nice guy. You will feel like you matter because with Hubbards you really do. I cant express the gratitude with all of his help. Even when there was no time available to get me in on a non emergency before I went out of town he had someone who could help who was just as wonderful. This is a FAMILY business that really cares about you! I highly recommend them!

Miller Electric Company has done work for me and my company for over thirty years. They always do the work right and clean up after the job is completed. You won't find a better electrical contractor.

Duval Electric is excellent! We have used them for years and at several properties. Artur, the owner, is top notch and does quality work. I would not trust electrical work to anyone else!

Great work, fair price, amazing company!

I would highly suggest using another electrician. The quality of work is terrible and the level of professionalism is even worse. The owner of the company had unlicensed contractors working on the job and Walked off the job without finishing the scope of work and fixing items that were working properly before they showed up on site. Worst Electrician in Jacksonville.

Great company that I highly recommend. The first time I used Infinity I need electrical work done at my office and I was very happy with their work. Last week we had an emergency at our rental property. A truck had pulled down the electrical wire and JEA would not restore power until I had an electrician on site to replace the line service conductors. Infinity came to our rescue on very short notice. Our elderly renter was able to get his power back on quickly because of their wonderful service.

We recently had to have our home completely rewired and owning an older home presented a lot of challenges. Fred and Matt came up with a great plan with very minimal impact on the home's walls and floors; minimizing the amount of drywall work that needed to be done after they were finished. Very flexible in dealing with sudden changes in the original
estimate and made some suggestions that greatly improved and updated our entire electrical system. The end result was amazing and we HIGHLY
recommend them for any electrical issues!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the best customer service I've ever recieved. He was punctual, caring, understanding and really paid attention to the details I wanted done with the installation of my ceiling lights and adding new switches. He left my home as clean as it was before he began. I recommend Jesiel for any job and i will be calling him again very soon .
