My entire experience was outstanding! From the answering of the phones, talking to someone about our issues and them figuring out exactly who would be the best match for our issue, me calling canceling that service call but still needing one for a separate issue and the work completed and the gentlemen who completed it, nothing but a great experience!!! I wish I could give them a 10!!! If we need more electrical or generator work done American Electrical will be my first and hopefully only call!

Installed outlet and light for attic and fixed doorbell. Service was courteous and efficient.

I reached out to several electricians to get a quote for installing a 240 V outlet (NEMA 14-50) in my garage in order to charge an electric car.

Brice was easy to talk to and quickly gave me a quote based on a picture of my breaker box.

I got some other quotes and Advanced Electric of North Florida came in significantly lower than the rest, so I went with them.

They came out and the guys were great and the work was done professionally. I even asked for a tweak to what they were doing (wanted it installed flush mount instead of surface mount, which I hadn't clarified ahead of time) and they were able to accommodate. Would use again.

Didn't get any power to the master bedroom and Tyler did an amazing job and restored power to the master bedroom all in one day! Very professional and polite would definitely recommend this company for your electrical needs

Searched for an electric company to make repairs that previous companies had failed to properly fix. This company was great! They were able to get me a quick appointment and sent two great guys. called five different electric companies They will not fix the meter jaws that JEA electric wants to changed.. These five companies want to upgrade the fuse box , which was not necessary according to JEA electric I called Empire electric they gave me a quote and the date they wii fix the problem. Empire electric was an honest company. I was blessed, otherwise I would pay thousands of $$$ for unnessary work. When Scitt and Danny completed the work they called me and post a receipt They told me to fill it out with my credit card info The payment went through and I print out my receipt, No problem... Thanks Empire electric for making my Day.. And saving me money!!!! I pray that every body will call you for their electric problems.

Customer service is terrible. Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 10, didn't show up until 11am. They did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know he was running late. Still charged me a service fee for 2 seconds of work and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Don't waste your time and money with this rude and inconsiderate business.

I had two technicians come out. They called me and said they were running a little early which was perfect because I had several errands to run and they gave me a 4-Hour window. They were very professional and honest. They gave me a quote on the spot and told me to contact the office if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have everything fixed in my house. I enjoy the price on the quote and I'm looking forward to doing business with them.

We had a huge electrical issue in a space with limited access. Thompson Electric was able to do the work quickly and at a reasonable price.
