The owner, Josh Hubbard and his team of Troy and Daniel did a wonderful job for us. We had a large outdoor fan and two outdoor light fixtures installed this morning and are thrilled with the outcome. I used Jack and Marcus in the past and they were timely, and did a great job installing a heated towel rack in my bathroom. I called today and Jack walked me through some things on the phone and saved me a service call that was easy as the push of a button!

I could not be happier with the service from Artur and Duval Electric. When Hurricane Irma hit Jacksonville, my neighborhood lost a lot of trees, which damaged a lot of power lines. JEA restored power to the neighborhood about four days later, but my house had damage, and we could not be turned back on. I saw Artur's truck drive by my house Saturday morning, he was working on another home down the road. I tracked him down to ask some questions, he volunteered to stop by my house when he was free. Artur then spent the rest of the day fixing my problems, getting the power back on at 9:30 pm Saturday night. My wife, my children, and my sanity were all saved! Artur does top quality work, his knowledge and experience really show. Thank you Artur, and thank you to Artur’s family for allowing him to stay and finish our job, even though it was late he should have been home already.

Great Company, Serviced my house beyond my expectations. Would Use Again!

Seems like they don't care who they put behind their work vans if they're smoking out the van full of weed or going up to the pawn shop in the middle of the day but the owner gets mad when you point out there are better, more professional options. Don't waste your time reaching out to the company and just call the police so their work vans can be seized. I wish the owner would had responded to my phone call better than me having to come on here to make my point on his Google Review. Owner seems like the angry, vindictive type who just cares about an imaginary amount of stars when he should have just as much passion about managing his people. So what if you've been around for so long it can all go away from poor management which it seems this business has a culture of poor everything from poor work ethic and all the way up to poor supervision of employees. This is an ambulance chaser's wet dream with this company where a work van comes into a small parking lot at over 10mph and tries to squeeze between multiple vehicles and a vehicle backing up, all just to pawn a DVD player for $10. Are your employees that hard up for $10 or just in a rush to spend that $10?

Great company that I highly recommend. The first time I used Infinity I need electrical work done at my office and I was very happy with their work. Last week we had an emergency at our rental property. A truck had pulled down the electrical wire and JEA would not restore power until I had an electrician on site to replace the line service conductors. Infinity came to our rescue on very short notice. Our elderly renter was able to get his power back on quickly because of their wonderful service.

On time and communicated well on everything throughout the work being done.
Gave me options on what I wanted and everything worked after it was finished.
