Richard showed up today and got my old kitchen sink drain uncloged. It was a mess with sludge, dirt, and grease from my renters, and he still got it uncloged and flowing for the quoted price. I will use them again for sure!

We had a major back up problem from our main line drain in the basement and Troy came out the very next day and fixed it in under an hour and for SIGNIFICANTLY less than the big businesses quoted! We will definitely use them again should we have any other plumbing issues!

When the shower backed up and toilet leaked a small lake into our bathroom, Dave at Cornerstone Plumbing assured me they could fix it--and they did! He also took time to answer my plethora of questions.

Tony showed up promptly at 9am, right when they said they would. He scoped the problem and confidently (quickly) solved it for a fair price.

I will certainly call Cornerstone Plumbing again (though I hope I don't have to). Highly recommend!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

When they could not meet the needed emergency timing that we requested, they were asked if they could possibly recommend another company...their response was call the BBB...thanks. Sorry, no voice mails and nothing kind at all about your response. I had a bad K sink leak. I called PPP, they came over and installed a brand new faucet and also fixed a bathroom camode. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous I highly recommend ... jm

Very bad, called them to come out with not toilets working and waste in my tub. They made an appointment because they had no one on call. Then 30 minutes after my appointment window they called me and asked if they could push me back. I told them no I have nothing working and a kid at home with the stomach flu. They still cancelled my appointment anyway on a Friday. Very disappointed

I had a water heater leak the day before my tenants moved in. I called David and he came the very next day and did the full installation. The install was quick and looks good. I was pleased with his communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
