Went in to ask what my ho lionel pre war set was worth didn't even get thur the 2nd box out 0f 11 telling me so far it's all junk. Took my stuff and left. Real prick.

Mike keeps a wide variety of inventory including things you can't find anywhere else! He also knows his customers needs and wants. Definitely a must visit.

My husband loved it. He got a new car and some stickers for his buildings he has wanted for a long time. He's a happy camper.

The staff is knowledgeable but as a newbie to this hobby. They made me feel very ignorant and made comments to the fact that I didn't know anything. They really need a lesson on being polite and customer oriented. Going forward I will order from another source.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went in asking if they could repair an engine and the guy talked down to me. Was really rude and disrespectful. There are other Train shops in Csprings so Avoid this one for sure.

My FIRST choice on the Front Range for my modelling needs. Unlike some places that have other hobbies squeezed in and mediocre train selection, Custom Railway Supply is devoted to trains. This doesn't mean the other hobbyists (wargamers, fantasy gamers, fine scale modelers, etc.) can't take advantage of the extensive scratch building and scale landscaping materials. What I can't get in the store is easily ordered there or on line through Walthers. Mike ensures orders are properly filled and does everything possible to it right. If you're looking at starting into this rewarding hobby and have questions, Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about the hobby, the model railroad industry and railroading in general.
