I have done business with Alphalete Mechanical twice now and could not be more pleased. The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. We cannot thank these guys enough and if we need a plumber again, we will hire them in a heartbeat.

I scheduled an appointment for a sewer cleanout and scope. My service address was confirmed a few times by the dispatcher. I received a call about 3 hours prior to my appointment time that they were not coming, because my address was not in their service area. I was already hesitant because of the other negative reviews, but I was also running out of options in my area. Now I've wasted almost a week waiting for this appointment and I'm right back where I started.

A Plus is the way to go. I had several plumbing issues that needed to be fixed in order to close on the sale of my house. This was a high stress and time sensitive issue. Jorge and Jessica were able to quickly provide me an estimate and schedule the work. They went above and beyond, kept me informed throughout, and I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. When issues came up, Jorge was able to answer questions directly and honestly. In one day, Jorge was able to clear drains, pull & reset my toilets, clean my sewer line, and provide before & after video flash drive of my sewer. Our whole experience with A Plus Sewer, Drain has been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. I will only use them in the future. A massive thank you.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

It's a great place to get ur plumbing done. They are great the plummers they know what they are doing. Never have had a problem with them.

If I could give them a “10” I would! Fantastic company and owner with outstanding service.

Tyler is an absolute Saint!!! He found problems we didn't even know we had and stayed in -10 degree weather to make sure we were ok!

Rob and Shaun great guys and very professional service. They came out and when we had no water on a snowy day, they still made it their priority to come out and take care of us. Professional install and repair and friendly Veteran service provided. Definitely recommend as they care about customers and their service that they provide.

My shower handle broke, and I couldn’t turn it back off unless I turned off the water main valve. The tech arrived and corrected the dilemma in 90 minutes. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and I couldn’t happier with their service!

Jesse came out and worked and educate us on a new furnace and central air. He was very professional and polite. Jeremy and Anthony did the installation, they were great! They cleaned up the mess they made and had us going with A/C by the end of the day!

Absolutely the worst subcontractor I have ever dealt with. Over $25,000 in damages from leaks and water damage at one structure. Refuses to perform the most fundamental level of presentation of invoices. Failed to perform work and use materials according to the spec. Can't even hang radiators straight and level. Damages the walls during radiator installation and never mentions it to the GC. Had to report deficiencies time after time and plumber refused to communicate as requested by contractor. Plumber got paid for completing the final Regional heating inspection, never showed up for it, and then lied that it had been successfully completed while the GC had to dedicate other resources to do the missing plumber's work. Absolutely abysmal, irresponsible, unprofessional performance. A pile of emails retained as evidence of the foregoing. See attached professional installation photo.
Edit: The heating system installed by this guy failed prematurely. I had to hire a company to fix several failed components. They pointed out how badly American Pride had installed the system. Even the copper pipe sweat joints were done poorly. Nearly $2000 to repair the premature failure problems.
To make matters worse, during the first cold period, about half of the water lines froze, due to improper location of the pex lines. Simply incompetent work.

I wish I could give Negative Stars!! The brand new energy star heating system installed in my home by Amen plumbing has had more issues than I have room to write. I wouldn't even want them to come back, nor would I would Never let them in my home again. Two pipes, a year after installatin are leaking. My valve pressure release already needed to be replaced. I had to drill a whole in my wall for the constant leaking that is created by the collection of condensation from the Major Pipes that were installed at an incorrect angle can only be corrected if the entire unit is removed and reinstalled correctly. The second and third professionals I had look at the system both said the exact same thing. The lowest priced, they may be, but also the worst quality of work I or other professionals have ever seen. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe the woman owner that dotes the worst Customer Service, I have Ever encountered. These people are anything but Holy.
