I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

What can I say? Every time I call Oracle Plumbing they are quick to answer the phone. When something is scheduled, always on time! Professional and knowledgeable in the industry. Usually next day. Oh and yea, they can fix anything and won't leave until the job is done to satisfaction!

My old water heater had a melt down on Sunday morning at 10:00. I called Roto Rooter and they got me scheduled right away. Caleb (Service Tech. #5403 ) and Joe ( Service Tech. #1695) arrived and removed the old water heater, went to the store to pick up a new one and installed it. They paid attention to detail, made sure that everything was installed correctly, keeping safety in mind. They were exceptionally professional and pleasant. They took the time to explain what happened with my old water heater and how to operate the new one. I was very impressed and would certainly call Roto Rooter again.
