I was recommended to contact Allied Wiring Services from a coworker due to great work they completed at his home. I called Friday afternoon and they came Saturday morning. They immediately discovered that the issue was due to an outlet in my bathroom. Not only did they fix it, but they provided in depth details about how it was caused and recommended I get the remaining outlets in my home fixed as well to prevent further issues that could lead to a fire. As a mom of three kids, this information is highly invaluable. Also, they were done from start to finish in less than 30 minutes leaving everything clean. I will be using their services in the future to complete the recommended work, as well as any other electrical work I need done. I will also recommend them to anyone I know.

These guys are the best. Tom and everyone who works for him is so professional, positive and experienced. They rewired a renovation for us, installed some new lights and fixed other ones that weren't working when we moved into our new place (a downtown loft). They were quick, went out of their way to fit me into their schedule when a fixture was delivered late, and everything is done beautifully. And the price is fair!

Affordable Plumbing is anything but Affordable ... I needed to replace a shut off valve and a 90 degree fitting, fairly easy job, and was quoted $500, for a job that took about 1.5 hours. Make sure you call around for a more AFFORDABLE price. I found 2 other places with great reviews that were only charging me $200, which after the work was completed, was very happy with.
