Great service and communication! Not only is this a family owned business, they are a friend to our family. Marco knew exactly what was wrong with our pipe when I described the leak. He was early for our scheduled appointment and promptly fixed the leak. He showed me what was wrong with the pipe and explained how it could of happened. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Do not use Doc's drain cleaning. I was a paying customer. I called and politely asked the OWNER for my invoice from October 4, 2015 and I also wanted to know how often the sewer drain needed to be cleaned so I can keep a good maintenance schedule (I just purchased my home). She told me she doesn't work for me, refuses to give me this information and hangs up on me. Very rude. I won't be using their service and highly recommend you go somewhere else. The technician that came out was very nice, but not the owner.

On 1/28/16 Josh and Richelle provided 2 hours of plumbing services to include checking toilet for leak and installing a new wax ring, installing a new garbage disposal, installing a new shower head and cleaning aerators on several faucets. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future.

They returned my inquiry promptly, showed up same day and did requested work. Also found a small crack in main sink waste line that I did not know about and came back next day to complete work. He cleaned up whole area wore shoe protection and was professional and helpful, asked if I had any questions about work performed.
