This business arrived on time. And arrived, evaluated my situation, and were really efficient. and provided a price estimate before the work even began.

I have used Jeff's services for years. He's always up front about costs and tells you what your options are. He has always done a great job fixing my plumbing issues.

Mark at Pro Power Rooter Service responded right away and was very hospitable. With my husband deployed, I was very upset. Mark made me feel at ease and was honest and dependable. I would recommend him without hesitation

We had several of our drains backup after one of our kids flushed a bunch of paper towels down the toilet. Ed from Affordable Plumbing was at our house within 20 minutes and had the issue fixed in another 15 minutes! Before the service he clearly explained what he was going to try to do to resolve our issue as well as the costs associated with each option.

Poor customer service. After waiting all morning the guy finally showed up and I was told we had to wait longer for another person to get there since it was a roof access. After an hour of trying they said it’s impossible to clean my sewer due to bends and charged me $94 for doing nothing and not fixing my problem. The manager did not care they couldn’t fix the problem and would not work with me on the charges at all. Very poor experience. Don’t get ripped off and use someone else.

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

Phil showed up when he said he would.Installed a new toilet and did a quality job at a fair price.Would definitely recommend.

Marvin and Todd were very responsive. Problem was fixed within two hours of calling their business. Marvin also set up a profile for my water heater with make and serial number to respond immediately if there is any problems in the future. Definitely recommend!

We had a new water heater & a water softener installed recently. Jeremy was responsive, helpful when we asked questions, texted updates (on his way, picking up water heater, etc), was quick, clean & very knowledgeable (walked us through use & set-up of the softener & let us know air would be in the pipes, funny taste to water as the new softener adjusted, etc.). Great service. We found out about him through our landscaper who used him to install our sprinkler & drip system. He was quick then too & friendly. We are very impressed with his work & he was reasonable on costs as well. We will definitely use him again.

This guy had my bike for 6+ months.....made a million excuses why he couldn't get it done. At one point he told me he broke his arm. Then he said that he was having a hard time getting the part in. Finally he told me he couldn't do it and that I had to come get my bike. Never even touched my bike. Ordered the part that day and recieved it three days later.....this guy operates out of his own garage and is not to be trusted with your machines.

Herman's did everything we asked for and finished on time. We had the guts of our toilets replaced and update. Great job

This is the WORST customer service I have ever had! Y’all were supposed to get this done TWO MONTHS AGO and we’re still here without a/c. By the time they get here it will already be winter. We keep getting told “we’re coming” and spoiler alert, they never come. This is ridiculous! Who runs a business like this? You guys need to learn what professionalism and punctuality is. Don’t use them, they are awful.Reply to the owner- We’ve been told many times that this would be resolved and it never has been. So you’d understand my skepticism. If they don’t come today, we want a full refund. I’m sure there are better businesses out there that can do the job they said they were going to do.

Harmon-Bonded Plumbing & Heating, Inc is a commercial and industrial company and does not have a service department or work on residential projects. I believe the last two reviews were mistakenly posted.

I had an appointment to have a representative come out today, Saturday. They were to provide a price quote on installing an A/C system to my house. 15 minutes after the appointment time, I called to find out where my guy is at.

The answering service was very polite, and patched me through to the on call technician. The technician was the very opposite of polite. He acted like I was inconveniencing him, first. Second, he started in on a tirade about not making appointments in Saturday, what the prices would be, etc. I had to interrupt him to get a word in.

I told him that he needed to slow down and let me answer his questions. His response was to laugh at me. I hung up.

I'm never working with Wright again.
