Luis came out to my house after I had a drain back up issue in my basement. He was on time, honest, and knowledgeable about the problem and what needed to be done. He suggested the different options that Swan has in order to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Luis to be your technician if you have any plumbing issues. Drain and sewer solutuons saved my day.

James will be our new technician going forward, showed up on time, quick work and great to talk to. ItsDone may seem more expensive than others and they can be, but honestly who doesnt want great work and service when it comes to plumbing. Id rather pay a tad extra and have it done well.Edit. Im going to one. Done is fine taking your money when its convenient for them to come out but not when your ceiling is caving in from a leak you have to shut your water off to fix. Done with Done

Yesterday around lunch time, we had our main line shut off valve completely blow and was spewing water everywhere. We were able to get it to stop spewing water, but water to our house was completely off. Not ideal for a family of five with little kids that need to use the potty :). I had exhausted all emergency plumbers on google and was about to just accept that we would be waterless for the day. By chance, I noticed there was one I had not called, Drain Terriers. I threw the hail mary and they came to the rescue! A few of my favorite things: same day service within a few hours, text follow up notifications, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, AND family-owned. Will be my go-to for plumbing needs in the future. The replacement on the main line valve was quality and they were able to replace an outside spigot that had burst in the same trip.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
