My propane water heater started to leak and I knew I had to take quick action before it flooded me out. I went first to Home Depot, replacement not available for two weeks. Same story from Lowe's. When I called Jolly. Tracy resolved my problem with the exact water heater I needed and scheduled the installation for the next morning. Richard, the installer, arrived on time and completed the exchange in less than 1-1/2 hours. The service I received was courteous, friendly, and professional. I have no problem in recommending this service to anyone who needs it.

On Sept 6, we observed water on our kitchen and bathroom floor. We called and the service tech that came out.(Daniel) quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional , explained the entire repair. Walked through all charges up front. So we understood exactly what we were being charged. he completed all work in a timely and expert fashion. I would recommend that Daniel to anyone who needs it done right the first time. He also contacted the water restoration team(Scott, Jose and Keith), and explained our situation.As with Daniel, the water restoration team was very professional and on the ball. They explained all steps that were going to occur. Talked us the how and when. Explained how they'd work with our insurance, all of the guys were very helpful during this water issue. I would recommend this team to anyone also.

Jeff Whitney is one of the most talented plumbing specialists I know. We've had him do several jobs in our house now, and each one has stood the test of time. Ten years ago he replaced all of our copper piping with the newer plastic P-Tex lines, and that job has not had a single leak - and we live in an older house that has gone through more than its share of shifting and general construction trauma. Jeff's rates are fair, and he usually estimates high for a job with unknowns involved, but has never failed to adjust back downwards after the job is done, based upon what was actually involved. It's rare to see such integrity in this field, so I would highly recommend him, and his brother who does the drainage side of the business. Jason Whitney's been out to do our sewer lines more than once, and usually they work together to get larger jobs done that require a little of both. Both are good people.
