Reviews are important to consumers, especially in the home mechanical areas because we need competent, insured technicians fixing our issues and that's what I get with Paul and why I'm writing a review. I've got a complicated double boiler tank-less water heater system that is mechanically on par with the space shuttle proving domestic hot water and floor heating and has given me fits with reliability. Paul worked with the manufacturer and fixed this thing giving me a great peace of mind, which I need living in the mountains. Paul knows how to get it done and has my complete trust. Call Paul if you have tough problems, you won't regret it.

Ed was working across the street and we needed a plumber due to inspection done for sale of our home. I called the # on his truck and he came over as soon as he was done...no appointment! He's great, friendly, didn't charge us extra for last minute service or anything!

Nate was able to schedule me the day I called. He was courteous, calling me twice to let me know when he'd be there, and fixed our clogged toilet very quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely use Nates Plumbing again!

Nick was great. Starting with the call to tell me he would be at the house in 20 min. Then showing up on time. Next, he took the time to answer my questions and explain how the faucet system worked since I had tried to fix it but was not successful. He was very affordable and did a great job. I will be calling Enki when out water heater needs replacing.

I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!
