I called a few places to check out a drain. Team rooter was responsive. They gave me an estimated time right away and a few updates along the way, which for someone looking for urgent service, is quite helpful. I met the technician on property, his name is Nicholas. He was professional, friendly and good at what he does. Best of all, they did not charge me for sending a technician out to diagnose.I will definitely use them again in the future as I have used a few plumbing companies in San Diego before and Team Rooter stood out for its professionalism and responsiveness.Thank you!

Roberto from Bill Howe plumbing responded to my service call for a plugged toilet in one hour. He augered it out, and it works great. He made no mess, and was very professional. He didn't charge me anything above the service call fee of $99. In addition, he consulted on my problem with a washer that backs up, figured out what would solve that problem, and set a date with me to come back and fix it. I highly recommend this business!

Totally waste of time. First, late for one and a half hours. Second, couldn't unplug the sink. The reason is simple: because it is a condo. But still ask me to pay $150 and gave me an estimate to install a clean out for $650. Another plumber we hired right afterwards unplug the sink easily. I will still plan to pay the $150 for appreciation that Mr Rooter did not damage my pipe and sink and thank this company for the lesson.

the cover plate for shower handle needed sealant as tenant had mistreated shower wand and was spraying backward toward wall and flooding below. Sealed cover plate and replaced shower wand with new one provided. Discovered and fixed problem in less than an hour! Super nice guys and very professional. Love the slogan and they love dogs too! I plan to call them in the future for the 24 units I manage. Zebbie is super knowledgeable
