Professional front office and friendly too. I had a number of different updates done on a 41 year old home I purchased. Over the past 15 months John Padilla plumbing team Matthew, David, Juan, Julio have come to help with a varity of updates such as Matthew restored the central heater and it has run great and problem free since the repairs,, Juan installed a new gas line allowing for a switch from all electric stove to gas. Big thumbs up! Very happy with this change. David updated all the angle stops. Woo hoo no more leaky valves. My water bill should reflect this improvement. Juan installed the new kitchen faucet. As you can tell a lot of work has been completed by the plumbing team at John Padilla. They always arrived on time, did excellent work and always answered all of my questions about their work and pointed out the problems they observed and recommended a reasonable approach to fixing the issue. Patient, thorough and great customer service. With covid precautions they always arrived in masks and kept their shoes coveted in protective booties while working in my house. I really appreciated their safety efforts.

For assistance with a clogged kitchen drain, I required a plumber. The person I hired was quite skilled at what he did, however he was unable to remove the obstruction immediately quickly. At that point, I made the decision to contact this plumber, and his services were fantastic!

Chad's an excellent tradesman. He just completed his third job for us and he has gone above and beyond every time for us. Last time he came by last minute on the 4th of July to help us out with an emergency. Hes extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and has a great knack for pointing out and solving issues that we needed repaired but had lived with for so long had not even brought up. Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

These guys are great .Had a large back up in my kitchen sink with standing water. They had to snake up to 40 feet of pipe to clear it but were able to. I would definitely use them again. Pricing is great as well. Very satisfied.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

A Christmas Miracle. My unit's single toilet was not filling up with water, but the sink and shower all worked fine. I texted John and he replied within 2 minutes, was on site in 5 minutes and fixed the issue in 10 minutes on Christmas Day! I would give John six stars but Google only allows up to 5, he's the best and I recommend him to others on Social Media all the time!

Socal plumber completed a project for one of the properties that I rent out. I got them to install high-efficiency faucets and shower heads and do some maintenance work for the water heater. My renter was pleased saying that the plumber was very professional, and that he cleaned up after his work. I will call them again next time.
