Whatever makes the windows on my son's '95 Cougar go up or down was broken in both doors, so we took it in and left it with Angel's Auto Glass for them to have a look. Not long after, they called to tell us it was all done(!) and ready to pick up. Fast, affordable, and friendly people. Definitely had a great experience here and would recommend this place again.

First of all, I'd like to start this by saying it's extremely easy to find. When you first pull in it looks like any other auto glass repair yard but when you walk through to the office you find an amazingly friendly environment that looks like it has been renovated with a beautiful office and bathroom for customers to use. Plenty of comfy outdoor seating while you wait or if it's raining, like it was when we got here, there's a good amount of seating in the office although the outdoor seating is under and overhang so you can still sit outside while it's raining. The workers are efficient and knowledgeable and the front office guy was quick and friendly. I won't recommend any other place for auto glass repair for all of those reasons and the fact that we had a side window in our Infinity FX35 that wouldn't roll up or down and we left with a perfectly working window under $85 parts and labor. Don't go anywhere else, come here ??

This is by far one of the most worst customer service experience I have ever encountered from a business let alone a small family business.
First of all I had made an appointment last week to get my windshield replaced and because I'm so busy don't have time take a whole day off and get the windshield replaced so long story short I go down there and I show up for the appointment that I made this individual which I'm assuming is Angel oh, he tells me I have to order that window it won't be here till about 1:32 and 10:30 in the morning. I look at him a disappointment and I asked him what was the point of me making an appointment if you weren't going to have the window ready never once said anything to me it's kind of up in the air and walked away from me so I sat there and I called the vehicle provider that sent me to this guy complain to them they said unfortunate that's important that we use so I went back today they had the window to replace is it but doesn't put anything back that's the way I had it they just threw everything on the floor my camera my sticker was still on the old window I mean just very unprofessional especially when there's so many places to go to the valley for vehicle service to get this kind of bad customer service and bad disposition. Consider yourself warned

Don't trust these guys to replace your windshield if you care about your vehicle. They don't care about your vehicle or the work they do.

In the process of replacing the windshield on my 1996 Corvette they ruined the metal reveal moldings (on the left and right sides of the window); bending both beyond repair, scratching interior plastics on the A-pillar and leaving the interior of my car full of debris left over from the removal of the old windshield (which they didn't vacuum). The moldings and replacement windshield were also slopped up with new silicon/sealant that they didn't bother to clean.

The owner agreed to meet with me to evaluate the damaged moldings, and agreed to source and install replacement moldings (which are discontinued and no longer in production). When he couldn't source the parts after several weeks, I asked if I could source them myself and have him reimburse me (which he also agreed to). Nothing but excuses for two months since the windshield was replaced and in the end I had to eat the cost of replacement used moldings. If they care enough to resolve this they know how to reach me.

So my homie grew up over here and knows this place. My 2010 Mercedes front window regulators were broken. I couldn’t roll them up or down. He took me here, and I had them install the parts I bought. They were SO GOOD!! Did an amazing Job. This place does quality work for a very good price. Friendly, bilingual speaking, and just a 5 star place. I will never go anywhere else after using them.

They fixed a window regulator on my Mercedes E350. Not an easy task on these European cars but it was professionally done and you can't even tell they worked on it. Definitely recommend and would use them again in the future...5 stars!

I bought a car from a dealer who used this company to fix the windshield that was cracked upon purchase. when they came initially to fix it they brought the wrong windshield. Not a big deal. They came the next day but then the windshield ended up not sealing right so I had made an appointment for them to come fix it. They were scheduled to show up between 10-12 the next day which they ended up not even showing up, so I had to have them reschedule for the following Monday. Same thing happened 3 Monday’s in a row. They are never on time and want you to wait all day for a mediocre repair. Finally got them to show up to fix the seal. I put my windshield wipers up in the service position, instead of taking them off they bent them down, opened the hood, and took them off from underneath the hood. Resulting in wiper arms being bent and now I have to replace those. They also tried to take a bunch of my trim pieces off and then put them back on incorrectly, but I was standing there watching them so I made them re-do it. Very unprofessional, poor quality, and never on time. Recommend going elsewhere.

Even though they were very busy, they tried their best to get the job done quickly and they were AFFORDABLE. The last time I got a window regulator, I was charged 150 for the regulator only, not including labor. I paid almost half of that at Angel's. I highly recommend.

This place is the only place to go. Very friendly honest reliable and speedy service. Not sloppy work. Mr. Manager is on scene and always in check with his staff. I recently had a new catalac converter installed through angels auto. Someone cut my Cat and since having a new one installed my car misfires and is throwing several codes. They did not provide o2 sensors so I purchased two o2 sensors at oreilys . Upstream and downstream. Codes I’m getting are Po036 emissions

They won’t fix the issue because it’s not pulling a cat code but the pcm is thinking the o2 senser is faulty but my 2018 Chevy Silverado 5.3 has never ran this bad. It’s blowing smelly fumes out the back, leaking water out the pipe. Bad acceleration. Sputtering and misfiring! The guy who welded the pipe left the pipe jagged instead of cutting the pipe flush . I know when the plugs were in before the o2 sensors my truck ran fine

Not only did I waste half a day waiting for my windshield, but they broke it while putting it on. They said they could have another the next day and would come to me. They never bothered to show and stopped answering my calls and won't return my messages. They took my rear wiper off to replace the glass and were supposed to bring it on the second day. So not only am I out all the wages I could have made while waiting, but now I have to replace the whole wiper they took off of my car and won't give back to me. Worst possible business to ever do business with.

Absolute horrible service. I called friday 11/01 to schedule an appointment for them to come out on 11/2 and replace my windshield that had been smashed in and completely un driveable. At 130pm on 11/2 I call to see where the guy was at or what time they would be showing up , I was then told they accidentally booked it for monday 11/4 instead of 11/2. He said he'd call me back after getting ahold of his guys to see if they could make it today. It's now 450pm and no call back , I called and was told they aren't able to come out today it would have to be on monday , that it was scheduling error on their part. He said he could take 10$ off the total, 10 freaking dollars for my inconvenience because THEY SCREWED UP. HORRIBLE SERVICE

They install catalytic converters as well, and mu check engine light popped up but I thought it was for something else, there wasn't much airflow. So I opened the exhaust pipe and they had put a used cat busted from the inside.

Well I got my window replaced last Saturday and I dont drive my truck that much but I got in it and I notice that they got black sealant on my seat covers and interior trim and ripped my cab marker wire thats next too the window and tried too cover it so im sorry I will not be using your services or referring people too you anymore
