Solace Plumbing has been a dream to work with. I say dream because one of the jobs involved a sewage ejector pump which was a nightmare. They work fast, easy to communicate with, and get the job done. Solace is a great name because I can relax knowing that the job was done correctly. I don't look forward to needing them but happy they are there when I do.

Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. We bought an older home with major plumbing issues. Mark approached the situation with a respectful problem solving demeanor. He got the job done very well with minimal impact on our property in a timely manner. Mark will do the tough job for you and do it very well. You could never go wrong with him.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Joel with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and quick. He gave us a great price and helped us save some money by using some of our existing parts that were in good condition. This is the second time we have used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and with a different employee. Same great service and price! We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever had such a good experience with a plumber or any tradesman like this before. Donald was truly and absolutely wonderful. He was sincere, kind, respectful, and most of all, he was eager to help and explain everything. Donald did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations! I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. I had no idea where to the water supply was, they were there within 30 mins of me calling them. The guy was friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was no bad at all. Thank you!!!!

They are fairly disorganized (technician shows up to inspect the pipes but does not have a sewage camera on his truck). After another visit, yet a third visit by someone else is required to snake the pipe. That takes days to schedule and is then rescheduled the day before. But in the end, they got the job done well and fairly cost effective. And most importantly, they are certainly not one of the plumbing companies who try to scam you with unnecessary repairs (I had my fair share of those).

After a brief inspection of my plumbing problem (Scott) the plumber said it seemed to be a quick fix and would be back in the morning to get started.
At 10:15 he or his crew is a no show.
I call him and he says he is still coming. 1:45 I call him a second time he says yes he is still coming. At 4:00 pm he is still a no show so I call a third time. By now I assume he has recognized my phone number and will not answer.
Reliable Rooter And Plumber does not live up to its name nor do they deserve the one star above.
The very least I deserved a phone call saying you will not be able to make the repair.
This company is not reliable.
Don't wast your time waiting for them to show up. BV

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
