I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got from Rick Shultz at Water Heaters West. He was very prompt and had my water heater fixed in about 10 minutes! I had other professional companies look at it and they were nightmares! I am so happy with the service I got today. I am so grateful.

The tech found the problem quickly and had the part that needed to be replaced with him, he was quick and the bill was reasonable he did great work

Solace Plumbing is one of those rare finds. Their work is fantastic, and their prices are very fair. We have known Dax for a number of years and he has always been there for us. No mater what the situation or time of day. Dax is always available and follows through with his promise and commitments. We have used Solace Pluming for our own home as well as for our commercial investments. Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I was lucky enough to find Lawson Family Plumbing and they have come to my rescue many times in the last 9 years. Every single person I have talked to or worked with has been great! Prompt, friendly, professional and honest. I also think it speaks volumes of a company that the same plumbers have been working there all these years, Daryl and Randall have always gone above and beyond to get the job done and I so appreciate it.

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.

Reliable Rooter was at our home earlier today. We spent $300 for various plumbing needs including the installation of a new dishwasher and a bathroom faucet. The faucet was extremely loose and jiggled when you turned the water on. I was told, “they’re all like that now, and everyone hates it.”
The dishwasher felt like it was going to fall out. They didn’t anchor it, level it to make it stable or install the new hose sitting right on the counter. A different plumber came back this evening and fixed both issues. What a waste of money.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
