Great Company! They really showed a lot of concern for the money I was spending with many different options and suggestions. Very knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right by decent people.

Sergio responded to our request and got it done promptly and seemingly correctly. He was good with me watching and asking questions, etc, so I learned something as well!!!

They sent a plumber out on time. I needed them to install a faucet disposal and connect the dishwasher. I've been in the construction business for 50 years. Usually takes 2 hours to do that. The plumber on the job was on the phone walking around wasting time got charged for 3 and 1/2 hours plus parts don't use these people. They don't have any integrity.

Jason handles the maintenance at my Airbnb and has been rock solid in helping me maintain my place . He’s done everything from fixing and painting awning to putting together furniture. We Appreciate all of his help!

They were super professional and kind. The plumber came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered! I am forever grateful to them for helping me out. Not to mention they offer fair prices compared to the other company I had hired.

Workers could not communicate with me and gave their phone to the owner so I could explain the problem of my water heater to determine it needed to be replaced. The owner quickly quoted me $4,200 for a 75 gallon gas water tank. When I asked what kind of water tank and what the labor costs were, he asked that I hand the phone to his workers. He talked to the worker for 10 seconds and then they literally ran off my property, ignoring me. Rude service, insane prices and unprofessional behavior. Hours later, I found an excellent company that charged me $2,300, were in and out of my garage in 40 minutes, and installed a high end water tank with an excellent warranty.

Replaced two new 18 toilets. This was done very carefully so no water or other toilet items leaked into by homes carpet. Will be using them to repair and install a new shower head and tub faucet. Thank you!

We had plumbing solutions come out to replace two bathroom sinks that we previously purchased and I had already disconnected from the countertops, one old one was completely removed, and to replace a shower valve. We agreed on a price for each item to be done. The owner sent his son out to do the job but after installing the two sinks, which took him less than a half hour, he said he didn't have the time to fix the shower valve and that he's in our neighborhood all the time so he would be back in a day or two. I was okay with that and paid him for the whole agreed upon price of the total job. After a couple weeks or so I tried calling the company to see when I could expect the job to be completed. There was no a answer, it just rang and rang. This went on for two months when I finally saw them working on an outside sewer line. I went to ask them about finishing my job and they said they be over when they were done there. They got to my house that afternoon and came to see what value was needed and said they didn't have that value on the truck. The owner said that they would be out tomorrow. Well, this has been darn near a month ago now. I've called and called again with absolutely no response. It feels like they've blocked my number. All I want is to get a refund for the shower valve so I can pay a reliable plumber to fix the problem.

In my last post to write a review of this company, I wrote:
Spartan Plumbing is very unethical ~ I know this firsthand. The Home Builder (big name home builder) in my parent's subdivision had Spartan fix a main water line leak at my parent's home, who are very elderly. Spartan used an totally incorrect coupling however (unbeknowndst to everyone, because they covered it up before the home builder could inspect it) and it finally failed 3 years later, which caused a MAJOR water leak to the tune of $1100! They refused to take responsibility for their error because they insisted they were protected by the State ROC, which says that after 2 years companies are protected from mistakes. What?! My poor parents, who are on a fixed income, had absolutely no recourse and were forced to pay for Spartan's mistake. Shame on such shoddy business practices ~ sad to think that my parent's were the first and won't be the last to suffer from Spartan's lack of business ethic.
Last sentence should have read:

And Spartan knows exactly what this post is all about and were very smug in their responses to both my parents and the Home Builder, because they knew they were untouchable - thanks to the State ROC.
