I called and requested a bid, let Randy know about the condition of my roof, leaks near the air conditioner, and that I wanted to coat the entire roof after repairs were done.
After inspecting my roof, instead of providing me with a bid, he began with, 'I don't know if you have any idea the condition your roof's in, and I don't know if you have leaks yet, but you're gonna - your roof's a real mess.'
It was like we never talked before the inspection at all. Randy assumed I had no idea about the condition of my roof, where repairs were needed, or that I had gotten any prior bids.
I hung up on him during tirade about the condition of my roof, as he never did provide an actual quote figure for the repairs and for the coating.
After that, Randy pursued writing out a biblical length text message, stating he was a millionaire and that he planned to retire at the end of the year. His texts were bountiful, too ....just bizarre behavior.
Several days now after he visited my property, Mr. Hunsaker left yet another phone message, adding insults, - all very creepy behavior.
I decided to write this review, especially for single women considering to have him come out for a bid, or even considering hiring him.
