Total Roofing

Horrible company that does not stand behind there work. I've had multiple leaks on my roof under warranty. They will keep giving you the run around and will never come out with multiple excuses. I would recommend staying far as you can away from this company. Terrible is the way I put it. The roof has been leaking on children for months. The owner does not return phone calls and his wife Patti calls with multiple excuses. The ROC has been contacted and hopefully I get some sort of resolution out of it. Please stay away from total roofing. Reggie is a con.

Look for another roofing company. They did some work on my Mothers home ONE YEAR SEVEN MONTHS AGO. Then when I called to have it repaired and fix some damage, I could not get them to return my call. I tried for over a month, made call after call, even had a fellow contractor contact them. I was told they would follow up. Well good luck. Not even a call back to say that they were not interested. Please save yourself some frustration and if you need follow up service, this company is not for you. It certainly has not been a company that stands behind their workmanship or offer any kind of follow up service. Especially on a roof not even TWO YEARS OLD. Which by the way they only cover with a WARRANTY of TWO YEARS. Maybe that is why they will not call. Reggie the owners seems not to be concerned with the quality or labor provided once paid. I have had water damage inside the home due to the rain and leakage through the roofing. Once again, please look for a different contractor to save yourself such headaches and issues. The owners are amazing & so friendly. Fixed my roof in a quick and respective amount of time. Worked with me . Made sure I was happy with everything before finishing up the job . Amazing company will recommend them to everyone in Arizona !!
