Daley Roofing did a complete recoating of my roof with a 10 year warranty. 1 year in and we have had 4 separate leaks. When Jimmy came to the house he was very defensive and told me that he was not responsible because there had been some problem in the roof that he coated over and the 10 year waranty only would cover if there was a defect in the materials (ie pealing off) but not if there were cracks. It took 4 phone calls and a certified letter threatening to lodge a complaint to the contractors board to get him to come back to the house to repair. That repair was not successful and again he is not returning phone calls (3 times).

Met a young man working hard for Daley Roofing and remembered when I was a framer. Saw the work and it was done on Phenix Salon suites where my significant other has a salon . They did a good job .

They did my roof less than a year ago. The roof is leaking again. I have called at least 5 times with no return call. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
