The team at Foothills is polite and personable, very kind people! Unfortunately that's only part of the business. We had to deal with cockroaches for a year despite them coming 1-2 times per month to 'exterminate'. The roaches continue with slight decrease in activity. They used the same preventative tactic which showed not to work on each visit, except 1. I'm sure they do well for other pest 'control' on their site but roaches pose an issue. After questioning why this issue wasn't able to be remedied, I did not receive a response.

Do yourself a favor and use this company. In all my experiences as a homeowner and having had multiple companies come out to do multiple projects, this company has been the best experience i've ever had, from the initial meeting to the completed work. Very honest (which is so hard to find) very pro and good rates and good work. Wish dealing with every company was this type of experience, it would be a better world!

Tech came out this morning and was super professional. We had a wasp nest in our tortoise den and wasn’t sure how big it was because the den is an underground one. I just noticed that these wasp were in and out of the den like it was their normal routine. I had my mom call and I believe she talked to the owner (David) but she said he was super nice. My husband said the tech was very knowledgeable. He was very careful of our tortoises and cared for their safety. Amazing! Thank you!

Courteous and professional service. My wife and I have been using White Horse Pest for monthly service for three months now. We had previously had a company coming out for our scorpion issue that didn't seem to be getting better. After the first spray with White Horse, we noticed a drastic reduction. We also came across a Bed Bug issue within the last month and they have tackled that as well. It's comforting knowing they offer multiple services for whichever creepy crawler could decide to show up. 5/5!

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. If I could give 1000 stars and 1000 reviews for her I would. This company has something very special with her on their team.

Very pleased with this company. I called three companies before them. One of them said they could get to my needs in three days, the other said in two. A-Agents came out the same day, which was great because I had a disgusting rat sneak into my house, yuck. The other guys didn't seem to care, even after I expressed my problem to them.
P.S. The third company didn't answer the phone.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Had Arizona Professional out last week to deal with bees in a compost bin. It was Sunday, but they answered right away. Bees were taken care of same day. 5 stars!

He could’ve easily of charged us Whatever he wanted but he told us that it was a extremely small situation that could be handled in a very tactical manner. Which he executed on perfectly and we no longer have an issue. I’m very grateful for the prompt and professional service.

Dave has sprayed our house on several occasions and lets just say we have had zero scorpions and bugs , he is very professional and explained the treatment to where we understand , I highly recommend there service

Budget brothers means,sub standard and poor quality. I spoke with a Mercedes. I've seen your reviews and went against my better judgment. Who talks to people like you do. How can you run a business like that. Let me tell you, your days are numbered. Unless you change your business practices.There are many other reputable pest control company's out there. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.Customer be aware!! I'll give you kudos,at least on acknowledging me as a customer. Not coming up with some excuse, like your other reveiws!
