Called about a bee problem. Sent a worker within an hour of my call. Never given dollar amount until after worker spent ten minutes in our backyard. Told me that charge would be $995.00 but, because I was a veteran, would adjust price to $695.00. My ignorance was not getting a second opinion before allowing work performed a , again, was not given cost until after worker spent ten minutes in our back yard. The next day I called another exterminator and asked me if they removed honeycomb/and/or bee hive.
They did not remove honeycomb. My landscaper removed honeycomb and did not charge me for removal. Included removal as part of his monthly fee for landscaping. My ignorance is not an excuse but I felt we were definitely taken advantage of for excessive fee. And, they do not accept check payments. Makes good sense?
Before you contract with this company, get a second opinion first. Lesson learned the hard way.

I had a ton of bees getting inside of my home the other day and contacted Arizona Professional Pest Control after finding them online. They explained that they would be able to dispatch someone over immediately to take care of the issue.

About 45 minutes later Marcus arrived at my house to take care of the problem! He was extremely friendly and explained that he was going to inspect my home fully to find out what was going on. It turned out the bees were entering through a roof vent and were making their way inside through the bathroom vent.

Marcus took care of that issue quickly and also treated the rest of my home so that no bees would return. I even received a 1 year warranty covering my entire property!

I was extremely satisfied with the fast response, friendly technician and great treatment I got from Arizona Professional Pest Control. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family if anyone ever has a bee issue. Great service!!!

Had a bee problem and called Az Professional Pest Control. They came out within one hour on a Sunday morning and took care of the issue quickly. I couldnt believe they actually arrived within 1 hour on a Sunday morning. Cannot recommend them enough.

Bees had taken over a playhouse in our back yard. I called around and finally found that Az Professional Pest Control could get here soonest. They treated and the bees were gone the next day!

Had Arizona Professional out last week to deal with bees in a compost bin. It was Sunday, but they answered right away. Bees were taken care of same day. 5 stars!

The technician was very sweet and in hind site I think he was trying to warn me. They were charging me per nest. I had no idea how many nests their could be and how hard it was to remove. He told me for example their could be 30 nests and I figured it would be hard to remove so I thought the price was fair, but what they won't tell you is how many nests you have once the look and then give you a price. They make you sign before they look. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about wasp removal. You assume it's a big project, but it's not. The way over charged me thousands! The guy was in and out for a half hour. Dishonest, don't trust them. They way over charge.

Great service, excellent technician that really knew his stuff. Not much else to say, I'd rather of not had bees, but glad these guys were available to help.

We didn’t want extermination. We wanted removal. And we were quoted $300-500 but charged $995. When the bees attacked, it was terrifying but I now understand they are migrating and would likely have moved on. We need our honeybees to survive and multiply. It was wrong to kill them.

They are a scam. Call another company. They all know about these vultures.

I had bees and honeycomb removed by Arizona Professional pest control about a week ago. There were still bees buzzing around when they left, but they told me to give it 7 days for all the activity to cease. I wanted to wait until the bees were fully gone to write a review. It's been 4 days and all the bees are gone. 

I have had bees removed from the same spot before but the last pest control guys never mentioned that there could be honeycomb in that that would attract back another hive. I really don't want to be over run by bees again so I was definitely ready to have it taken care of once and for all.

I used this company to remove wasps nests that were located in the vents on my white foam roof. I have had other companies out but they refused to look on the roof saying that it was to tall. Which I understand, its a tall roof.

These guys weren't afraid and go up there and removed multiple nests. Glad I called. Will have them check again next year so this doesnt happen again.

I had just gotten home from vacation and walked in to find my kitchen window littered with dead bees. I called my regular pest company but they didn’t deal with bees and referred me to these guys. Turns out the bees might have been making there was into my attic for sometime. The tech removed over 20lbs of honeycomb!

Refer all of our stinging insect jobs to these guys. They refer us to any pigeon and commercial pest control jobs they need help with. I like sticking to what we are good at.

Called and spoke to Kendall. Was very professional. Sent Mike out to take care of bee problem. Was at my house within 25 mins. Mike and Kendall were very professional and kind. Kendall knows how to run a business and treat customers. Would highly recommend Them. Ask for Mike as your technician. Did an awesome job!
