Great Customer service but can't say that same about their quality of work.

There are grind marks all of the patio floor that significantly visible. I have told them numerous time that this is not how it should look like.

My concerns about this were completely ignored and instead solving this problem they started sending invoices to pay for the job that was horribly done.

I had a flooring issue come up during a potential buyer's home inspection on my house. We wanted to be sure there weren't any structural issues with the home so I called Arizona Foundation Solutions and they sent out Bryan Wooly Wooldridge. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He walked me through the inspection, telling me what he was looking for, what he did and didn't see in my home, and explaining things to me that would help me as I met with future prospective buyers. It turns out there were no signs of structural issues, so I won't be needing to have them come back out (or put unexpected $$$ into this home!). I'm so glad I called and made this appointment. I can now feel confident meeting with buyers and realtors having an expert opinion to address their concerns. Thanks Bryan! and thanks Arizona Foundation Solutions!

I had San-Co Concrete extend my front driveway to add a third parking space directly in front of my rv gate. Ivan from San-Co came out and gave me an estimate. Ivan was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail.

The concrete work was completed on 8-5-20, and my new driveway came out nice. Even though my concrete work is fairly new, I observed three cracks in it.

But other then the cracks, the finish is smooth and has a nice color to it, and looks good.

Ivan’s staff is very nice and they were very helpful. The staff helped me with my HOA because they were being very difficult and needed exact drawings with measurements.

San-Co staff was very professional.

The only con that I have, is I was charged to remove the irrigation box that was not moved after all. I didn’t notice till after I paid that it was not moved, and the company didn’t notice it as well and still charged me. But that was partially my fault for not noticing.

Overall it was a good experience with the company and I’m happy with the concrete work.

Our pool deck had faded and oxidized over the years, so we looked into a restain and seal for our stamped concrete patio. Of the 3 bids we received from the contractors, Ryan's was the lowest, but that's not why I used them. They are quick to bid, have excellent communication, and are on time to boot. They were clean, fast, and did a tremendous job.

All I have to say is “the best of the best” thank you!!!!

I have issues with my foundation and called several places. Tim from Ram Jack was amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quote and agreed to have Ram Jack do the stem wall repair work. Tim even helped to get me financing.

The owner he is not honest person he said he will finish the driver side door with in two weeks i paid the money and provide all the parts. now it is two month he didn't start working on the car at all when i ask him he will finish it next week but he doesn't start working on the car he plays games like this very disappointed this is how they treat thier castomers. This is the worest body shop i have ever seen
