SSK Concrete does excellent work. The original plan was to form on Saturday and pour on Monday.
Shawn and his team managed to arrange the pour on Saturday as well.
They arrive at the exact time they said they would. Even let me know they were on their way.
Very professional. High quality work. They accomodated my every requirement. Graded the concrete with the proper slope to ensure water flows away from the house. Even accomodated 4 small footings not in the original plan.
Pricing was as fair as most yet better than some.
I recommend SSK Concrete and his team for any project large or small.

Called Raphael with Triple R concrete they came out patched up all the concrete cracks In our yard there was a ton! Also drilled a few holes for me to install a basketball hoop for my son! Very happy with the service thanks again Rapha.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. I Have a contract to pour a slab with this company, Had to put half the money down for the work to start. Told them we are ready for the slab and have not got a call back. Asked for the $2,088 depost that we gave them back and no one will return calls. Do not us this company !

Driver cleaned his chute in the street when we told him to use our trailer. Burned us with the inspector and left us to clean up his mess.

Wow, what kind of company allows the company truck to be driven by rude employees? Pulling out of Walmart and cutting off a car then laughing about it. How can you trust as company that hires that type of employees???

As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.
