I was referred to this place from another company that didn't have concrete stain that I wanted for some stone veneers that my wife and I made. I drove over to Cohills, and was surprised how great the customer service, and selection of colors they have. Since I wasn't sure on what color we wanted, I grabbed two $6 samples to try out. The salesman Levy Santos told me that I can just have the samples, and see if it works. I was surprised and pleasantly thankful for that. Well after going home to try the stain I am definitely going back. It worked out great.

I do not like to go anywhere else for coatings...period. their professional and knowledgeable. I've seen them help out the inexperienced homeowner for what seems like eternity and not even get flustered. This is not your ordinary supply house. If your coatings contractor uses Cohills, it probably means they know what they are doing. It's as good as it gets at Cohills.

The quality of their products and equipment is above average. Front desk sales reps are below average. We followed a reps recommendation on quantity and were back within a few hours to double our order.

The cashier as u enter bald guy is a character. He thinks he owns the store n belittles clients he feels aren’t fit, I like the store but need to do something with him thanks for letting me express myself.

I spent over 10,000 in 2018 with cohills and went in today with an issue with product and got basically well that sucks for you attitude.
Very bad customer service and I'd be surprised if this does not happen to more people they just done write reviews.
There are other places that are more friendly and have better customer service take a look around.

Nice people, very knowledgeablebut not to consistent on pricing. First time in was charged one price for the product, a few days later was charged more for the same product . when I called the next day all I was told by Jim was ,well you got contractors price one time and walk in price another, never offering to adjust my bill. Not very good customer service.

I found this place 15 years ago doing a DIY project in my backyard. You wont find friendlier people in the business. The free seminars they offer are extremely helpful. I recommend Cohills to DIY'ers and professionals alike.
