Oh man, did I have the great displeasure of dealing with this place. DO NOT go here.
I went in two days in a row, and got awful service. When you first walk in, there are 6 people (I counted) sitting at various desks, and not one of them acknowledged my existence, then finally an older man took some of his precious seconds to help me. After I wandered around their block yard and found 2 possible matches, I told him I'd like one of each, he rang me up and gave me a slip of paper and told me to give it to the people in the black yard. I waited, and waited, nobody stopped. So I said whatever, I don't mind loading in two blocks for myself, loaded them in and was on my way.
After deciding which of the two was the best, I went back and received the same friendly service I had come to expect. I showed him a picture of the block I needed and told him how many, rang me up, told me to give the slip of paper to someone in the yard. To my surprise, someone actually showed up after a short wait. He then brought me the wrong block. I showed him a picture of it and he pointed to a big pile of bricks that were to be thrown away, and there were my blocks. I was left alone to sift through a giant pile of throw away blocks, trying to find the least chipped up ones. I then informed the man at the front, and he didn't seem to care that they (1) had sold me the wrong block, (2) failed to inform me they trashed the ones I needed, and (3) left me to pick from the broken ones.
My father in law owns a masonry company and wanted to know how this place was, I'll be sure he knows exactly what to expect.
