Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.

The Owner, Van Hansen, has assembled a top-tier team of professionals that are there to help from the beginning dreams to the final walk-through. For example, we have greatly benefitted from Stephen Yeoman's architectural expertise and practical knowledge as to how all the pieces go together and understanding our family's use of the space. He has allowed us to explore lots of various ideas, including some crazy ones, while always mindful of the practical effects of our choices and the budget. The interior design team, led by Kathy Molnar, has equally been fantastic, guiding us through the myriad of choices of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She definitely helped us match the colors and materials with our existing home, personalities and the way we will use the space. There are a lot of moving pieces in a large kitchen remodel, and Republic West has assembled a one-stop shop that has helped us from the early conceptual ideas, to architectural design, to permitting and construction. I've been managing single family home rentals in Phoenix for 41 years. I have worked with many refinishing companies and have had dozens of tubs/showers/sinks restored, some multiple times. They always look good after completion, but tenants are hard on refinished items. It's impossible to judge the overall quality of a job and how long it will last - given the unknown conditions of usage - but I feel confident in Shawn Davis' work. He has obvious experience and was very clear about all aspects of the project. He communicated well, accommodated my timeline, completed on-time and left everything neat and clean. All at a fair price. I plan to call on Shawn for all of my future refinishing needs.

After downsizing to a patio home from a house with lots of cabinet space we realized we needed to start over in the kitchen/bar area. Marv and Diamond Kitchen & Bath were great! He went out of his way to stop by our house on his way to work to help us develop a plan for maximum storage space that could be done in a minimum amount of time. The cabinets he helped us pick out are gorgeous - simple and stylish, exactly what we were hoping to accomplish! We had a time constraint and a short window to install. The cabinets arrived on time and the installer, Jedd, was beyond great. Pelleco Home Design has an absolutely fantastic team! After a plumbing issue forced us to replace all our pipes and rip out our kitchen, we were on the hunt for someone trustworthy and experienced. Having never dealt with hiring a contractor in the past, we had a number of companies walk through the house with us, hear their suggestions and provide bids. Pelleco's walk through was a breath of fresh air! Sam and Justin's ideas, suggestions and efficiency immediately impressed both me and my wife.

Pelleco and their team throughout the project were an absolute pleasure! I'll specifically highlight the level of respect and mindfulness each and every worker had towards our house and our space. I was initially worried as I travel out of state for work often which leaves my wife home alone for a couple days of the week. Sam and Justin made sure to let us know who would be coming when to expect them each day. Once we ended up meeting each worker throughout the project, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a thing.
