First, let me Congratulate you (Alex Jackson) and the Grand Ave Diamond Kitchen and Bath TEAM! I am truly impressed. We are truly impressed! You were able to fulfill the dreams of one of Laveen's favorite home chefs Levetta Daniels. I can't fully express in words the joy I saw on Levetta's face when she stood behind her brand new island for the 1st time. I can only tell you that the seamless process was worth the wait. The attention to detail, the patience, and professionalism of the measuring and installation teams - all evoke a sense of confidence and trust. I would especially like to send a HUGE shout-out to Cameron. Cameron is beyond good, beyond professional, he is truly what every company wants/needs representing them in the field. Watching him work it is obvious that he takes pride in ownership of his installation technique. Absolutely amazing to watch him work.

MIcah and his team did an excellent job of keeping us informed during the whole process. It went smoothly which is not the experience many of our friends had with other kitchen renovations. We had custom hardware and sink which were all accommodated. We highly recommend Micah and his team.

They have our money, but the kitchen isn't done. I paid with a smile. And it was a lot! They told us up front it would be a long lead time, and it was. 16 weeks until install. But then the problems started. We signed the contract January 22nd, it's now August 24th and there's still work to be done. We've heard from them by email. They claim they're going to contact us to schedule the additional work, but no calls have come. We have missing cabinet doors. Cabinet doors that bump into each other. Cabinet door with big gaps between them. Holes cut wrong in cabinets. They mismeasured and had to change configuration on installation day. I used to have space on both sides of my fridge. Now it barely fits in the opening. I'll never be able to buy a larger fridge than the one I have now, because there's no space. There used to be, but not anymore. And there's molding that's mismatched, light against dark stained wood. Some of the slides don't slide smoothly. It's really abysmal, and they're not interested at all in fixing it.
Update: They called two days after I wrote the above review. They said there are 41 jobs ahead of ours and it will be about another five weeks. I guess they can handle about 8 jobs per week. Try to not be one of them. Install was April 25/27. Fixes now won't be until the end of September, FIVE MONTHS later.
Update: It is now October 6th and the kitchen work is still not finished. The end of September came and went and they still have not called to set a time to finish the work. Five weeks was an inaccurate estimate.

When I moved into a new house, I wanted a large custom built-in desk, credenza and upper wall cabinets. To my pleasant surprise, Diamond Kitchen & Bath also sells custom office furniture. I was assisted by Micah Galtney at the Grande Store who designed a spectacular built-in desk with all my requirements. Micah was my professional guide all the way. Due to unexpected health issues on my part, my Project Order was extended for over a year. Micah never missed a beat and treated me like his only customer, keeping me informed all the way. Installation was by Jordan Snyder who did an amazing professional install in a small space with no issues or complaints. When Jordan left, cleanup was spotless with no indication of all the sawing and re-fitting he had to do. I highly recommend my Diamond Kitchen Team of Micah Galtney and Jordan Snyder!

Micah and Kenny went above and beyond to create our dream kitchen! Here is a pic of my favorite part- the pull out drawers for pans and pull out center trash for when I'm cooking. Every part of the experience was just great. Expert help on picking colors and combinations and features. Great communication on when things were arriving, and who was coming when. Great, friendly installer. The demo guys were well coordinated and professional. I can't recommend these guys at Diamond more highly! Thank you Micah and Kenny!!

We contacted Diamond Kitchen and Bath in June 2022 about our kitchen remodel. The very next day, we got a phone call from Brian Alagna. Based on that call, Brian created professional sketches and emailed them to us that same week. He then met us in the showroom and helped us further develop the kitchen cabinet layout. We’ve now been through several iterations, and just love the possibilities. Wow! We’ve never received such quick, attentive, and expert service. Since then, Brian has worked with us tirelessly to get our cabinet layout just right. He is easy to contact, responsive, creative, and experienced. Alex J. at DKB did an amazing job helping us to redo the laundry room in a home we recently purchased. We had cabinets installed above the washer/dryer which he matched perfectly to the existing sink cabinet, and we had a quartz countertop installed above the washer/dryer along with a shelving unit between the washer/dryer. Diamond Kitchen & Bath has been a great experience for us. We love our cabinets. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. Starting with Travis Hart who guided us, worked with us on designs and was always available when needed with our questions and concerns. The lead time was longer than we hoped but exactly what he said it would be. The installation by Greg was smooth and meticulous. We have a large kitchen and he handled it well. Junior came out and was a master at adjustments and some retouching we needed. It’s amazing what he managed to touch up to our satisfaction. And we are picky. Joey delivered some back ordered items and made some more adjustments and could not have been more polite or helpful. Every person we interacted with has been very nice, polite and responsive. I would highly recommend this company. They stand by their word.

Micah was our sales person and did a great job of explaining the different stones and options available for our countertop remodel and install. Adrian and Cory delivered our cabinets and were wonderful! They were fast, polite and friendly. I had a few questions they answered with ease. They were both knowledgeable and I felt listened to and comfortable having them in my home - which was important and meaningful to me since I was by myself when they dropped the cabinets off. After my interaction with them, I immediately felt even better about my purchase and will recommend this company to friends and family!
Our salesperson, Travis, was also extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions and had him do a number of different quotes to figure out what would be the best layout for our home and budget. He was more than willing to draw it up several different ways and answered every question. It was easy to see he was well educated in their products and software.

Ethical, Honest, Prompt, and Professional!

From the minute I called Diamond for a simple inquiry, my experience was exceptional! Micah was pleasant and took time to answer my random questions and made me feel like he valued us already, without even meeting yet. He accommodated my hectic business travel schedule and came out the next morning to meet with us and discuss our options - PROMPT & PROFESSIONAL!

We had our kitchen remodeled three (3) years ago by a different company, but were considering a different style of cabinets, new island, counter tops, and back splash. Micah's first impression was that our kitchen looked great already and complimented a few aspects. We began discussing our thoughts for design, and mentioned that we would only be here for 4-7 years, as we will be building our dream home on the property we own in another state. When Micah heard our timeline, he wanted to make sure that we understood the financial and emotional (it's hard having your kitchen destroyed for a few weeks) commitment and if it was worth it to us to enjoy for only a few years, as well as the ROI would not be dollar for dollar when we sell. WOW, just WOW, what an ETHICAL salesperson! We realized that we were simply getting bored and a kitchen remodel was not needed, nor would it have been a smart financial decision for us with our short time left in our home. Micah is ETHICAL & HONEST!

In the end, we were left sad that we wouldn't be working with Micah and Diamond Kitchen & Bath on a project, as we had such a great experience with Micah and we wish we could have given him some business. This is the kind of company that everyone should want to work with and feel great knowing that they are consultative sellers with your best interest in mind, not just commodity sellers there to take your money.

I hope that if you are considering any work in your home or business, that you include Diamond in your search, and if you're lucky, you may just get to work with Micah, too!

We used Diamond Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen remodel. Their designer was very helpful and knowledgeable about layout and different options.

As good as that portion of our experience was, the installation was phenomenal! Leroy was our installer and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His expertise and attention to detail made all the difference in our kitchen. We have some odd angles on one of the walls we put cabinets on, and Leroy took great care in getting the perfect fit. He made adjustments so our refrigerator would have ample room for the door opening, all our drawers have perfect clearance and everything was absolutely level for our counter installation.

We did not regret one penny we spent!

All Hail Micah!! I was very happy with my entire experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath but Micah has definitely raised the bar. My original salesman told me it was no hurry to return a faucet I didn’t like and pick up some additional trim pieces. Life being life, it ended up almost a year before I called again. My salesman no longer works there. Although I expected some drama, Micah made it all a very pleasant experience. I will continue to recommend this place whenever I have a chance. And do yourself a favor and have them do the install too. The paltry sum I saved by hiring someone else was not worth it. Leave it to Micah and his trusty staff! Five stars indeed.

We are a general contractor and have been using Diamond Kitchen and Bath for 5+ years now. I would estimate we have used them for cabinets on over 50 remodels. They always give us great service, fair pricing, and they have a lot of product in stock and with short lead times. Micah is the main salesman we work with and he's always quick to respond, and even comes out to our jobs to provide estimates . He handles most of the process for me and makes my life much easier as a GC with a high volume of work. Definitely recommend Diamond Kitchen.

Micah gave us great service! I called with some issues I had with the cabinets that I ordered from another salesperson. I was frustrated because some things were not told to us from that first salesman. Then I got connected with Micah! He listed to my problem and after I requested for him to just come out instead of back and forth emails he was kind and came to my house. He again listened and ordered some replacements doors for me. He gladly came after his work day and was not rushed which we appreciated. We received great customer service from Micah! He listened to our concerns and calmed our frustrations. He made us feel much better about our purchase. I feel comfortable that he would take care of us on the future also if needed. We would definitely recommend people to go see him for their cabinet needs and I also will go see him again if I ever want cabinets again.

I’d also like to put on a five-star review for Junior the cabinet service technician. He came out and fixed the other cabinets that were not replaced and made some adjustments. He was amazing. He also listened to my concerns while he was working. He took his time even though it ended up being a longer call than he expected but he was determined to get the job done which we were so thankful after somewhat of a frustrating experience. He was a perfectionist and was very knowledgeable about servicing the cabinets. if I needed my cabinets serviced he is the guy I would go to and recommend.

The folks at Diamond Kitchen and Bath (Tatum Showroom) were absolutely great in working with me and my wife in designing all our cabinet needs in the kitchen and bathrooms of our recently renovated Condo. The showroom staff (especially Randy Smith) really knew his stuff and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process. The installation crew was fantastic and did a great job on site. And the granite folks we worked with did an equally great job as well. Our place looks fantastic, the prices were right, and overall we are extremely pleased with the job. Would definitely suggest you “check them out” for your next cabinet replacement project.

This has been one of the worst experiences ordering anything. I ordered our cabinets in October 2021. They still have yet to finish delivering my order. First order oops your cabinet doors are on back order....So they delivered my cabinets with a broken lazy Suzanne, two cabinet doors missing, two drawer fronts missing and a broken drawer. Here we are May 18, 2022 and they say woohoo your order is here nope not true still missing drawer front and cabinet shelves....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE THE WORST

My wife Kelly and I stopped into Diamond Kitchen and Bath a few months ago looking for a quote to remodel our kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. We were very green to the process, not knowing what to expect. We met Micah Galtney and he was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable with our questions. I can't stand an overbearing and overconfident salesman and Micah was perfect with our space and privacy. Half of buying a product with so much financial investment is working with someone you like and get along with and Micah was great. He made the process easy and smooth.

After shopping around we went with Diamond, partly because of the price and partly because of working with Micah. He was very straightforward with what to expect in the process of getting a new kitchen. I did do some of the work on my own and he was very understanding of my decision, again no pressure to do it his way. Micah even made a trip out to our house at my request so I could feel 100% sure the layout he designed for the new cabinets would fit. All of the cabinets arrived in perfect condition, they were better than what we expected. Once installed the granite countertops and sink went in with zero issues. Remodeling a new kitchen does take time and a little patience, but Micah was straightforward and honest with the process on the time frame and it fell into place exactly like he described. We look forward to working with Diamond and Micah again in the future with our bathroom remodel and I highly recommend them for your kitchen/bath remodeling projects.

Alex Jackson was a HUGE help to me with my townhouse kitchen project. I needed the turn around with my job to be VERY quick. I would highly recommend anyone in need of new cabinets to go to Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I was referred to Diamond by my general contractor because I was looking for nice cabinets at an affordable price, which is not easy to find. I purchased cabinets, for a full kitchen remodel job, on the spot after viewing the quality at Diamonds well laid out showroom and getting a great price quote. Additionally, the kitchen rendering Diamond offered was extremely helpful. The visual drawing made my remodel come to life and put me at ease when placing my order. Cabinets arrived as scheduled and the installers were fantastic. I have been using and referring Diamond Kitchen and Bath to all my clients and friends ever since; truly affordable and nice quality cabinets. I would recommend asking for Kenny, at the Phoenix store. Kenny is great sales rep. He is knowledgeable and offers outstanding customer service. Joey, at Diamond Kitchen and Bath made buying cabinets very easy. He took my husband's drawing and was able to complete our order in a timely manner. We had to make some changes because of a sink we decided to buy. Joey called me on his day off to let me know the changes were possible.
The price was reasonable and our order was ready on the date our contractor needed them.

The guys from the Grand location have all done a really nice job. KYLE was great to work with in picking out our cabinets and setting up the process, delivery guys came on time and unpacked all cabinets and took away all cardboard boxes, CORNELL came to demo and hauled old cabinets (with partner, sorry don’t recall name) and even prepped plumb lines and installed sink and microwave. CAMERON did such great job installing the cabinets, answering questions and explaining the process along the way. JUNIOR finished up with touch ups and some minor cabinet door adjustments. We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Diamond. So when it came time to replace our bathroom vanity. We went back to them. That is not to say that we did not investigate other cabinet retailers. We looked at 4 other sites both on line and in person. But Diamond Kitchens were the best because of selection and price. Kenny, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and efficient. I purchased cabinets from Micah at Diamond Cabinets, for a remodel in Sun City. I ended up purchasing the white shaker style cabinets for the kitchen and the wood to e shaker vanities for the bathroom. Micah came out and measured them for me, just to insure everything would fit just right. The prices were great and the service was awesome. The cabinets are now installed with the granite xountertops and they look fabulous! I will be purchasing additional vanities for my home and I will definitely purchase them from Micah at Diamond Cabinets. Travis guided me through the entire process of the design, making suggestions on features I would not have thought about if not for his help. He was available through out the entire project to answer my questions. The installers took pride in their work, everything was done with care. My experience with the team at Diamond Kitchen and Bath was excellent.
Randy's team at the Tatum and Thunderbird did a great job fitting a great looking product into my budget.
My salesman Marv did a great job on the layout and the quote. The product arrived in 5 weeks as scheduled and the switch from old to new took exactly the 4 days expected.
On day 1 Jason and his crew tore out the old and cleaned up very nicely.
On day 2 the cabinets arrived as expected.
days 3 and 4 Jedd did a super job putting my kitchen back together again.
The finished product was what I asked for and I could not be more pleased.

Big thanks to Diamond kitchen for our beautiful new kitchen. Designer Marvin was patient while he guided us through the design process. His experience and suggestions were crucial to the final layout.. It was a very large project and it went smooth start to finish. The two issues were the order arrived 2 weeks late and one cabinet door was warped. Marv did a good job keeping us in the loop on the delay, and he personally brought out the replacement door and installed it. We thank our neighbors for recommending Marv and Diamond Kitchen and are really enjoying our new kitchen. You wouldn't believe all the compliments.

Worked with Marty out of the Mesa store. He was great in explaining things and showing us what was available. We were designing an office, and it was almost like he knew what we wanted. Our cabinets were delivered early, and Marty was able to get us on the schedule for an earlier install date. Installation was quick, and Dave was very thorough, and didn't mind my questions.

I have done multiple houses with Diamond Kitchen and Bath. They are the ONLY company that consistently delivers ON TIME! In construction/remodels, everything hinges on the cabinet delivery. We are remodeling our cabin, went in to look at Diamond Kitchen and Bath Grand Avenue as we had used them in a prior remodel. Just wanted to look and maybe get an estimate because we are not starting until next spring. I recently bought a new kitchen from Diamond. I didn't like the layout of the original cabinets and they were in pretty bad shape. The fridge would hit the arch to the next room when opening the door, and we had a soffit with hanging cabinets that we wanted to get rid of. Needless to say, we had to plan the new layout so as to get back some of the cabinet space that would be lost and prevent the fridge from becoming damaged.

Micah was super helpful in helping us decide on the layout and finding the design/finish that we absolutely loved. The cabinets arrived to the warehouse on time. We decided to pick them up as we were going to install them ourselves. Install was easy, all the measurements were outstanding. None of the cabinets were damaged, a testament to the care they took when shipping them.

As with any project, there was a minor hiccup. The sink we received was the wrong size. I contacted Micah and he immediately ordered the correct one and managed to get it to us well before the countertop measurements were to be taken (under-mount farmhouse style sink). These things are inevitable. The thing to look at in these situations is how the company handles the mistake. I must say I was very happy with the outcome. The customer service was outstanding.

The countertops were installed a couple weeks after the measurements were taken and they were nearly flawless. The only issue in this area was that a hole for an outlet was slightly misaligned. They immediately offered to have the the whole piece re-done the same day. I declined because I'm planning on ripping out the backsplash and redoing it with mosaic tile. But, again, the customer service and willingness to remedy the issue ASAP was there.

Overall, I'm very happy purchasing from Diamond and impressed by the level of customer service I received. The quality of the cabinets and the amount of options available are amazing. I will definitely be using them again for remodels in my other properties and would highly recommend them.

The cabinets were great. But once they got the deposit check customer service was really bad. They made changes to the plans that I signed off on, changing a cabinet for a 30 to a 36 that did not fit. They made me pay for the extra cabinets and would not take the wrong ones back. Also I have 8 doors left over with no place to put them and again they will not take them back. I think Joey was just trying to raise the price of the project. If you choose to do business with them review and measure everything, you can not trust them to do what is right.
Of course you disagree, however I warn any one planing to do business with diamond kitchen and bath, they are not trust worthy and do not care about their customers

I called Diamond Kitchen and Bath a week ago and the person I spoke with said he could give a free consult with different digital options that would work for my space. I left his email at work and went to the store today because it is 2 minutes away. I spoke with Mike and he was extremely unhelpful. Not everyone is happy with Diamond Kitchen and Bath on Grand avenue. We went to the store looking to buy new cabinets and even had an appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes the salesman finally comes to take care of us. We picked out our cabinets and counter-top there. What a mistake. I did the install on the cabinets due to the fact that they want $750 to install. Fortunately I got help and the install was flawless. Almost a month later the counter-top arrives and had spots on it (hazey spots) that were supposed to be cleaned before the counter-top installers left my house. Come to find out they couldn't clean it and left anyway. Now I'm stuck with a counter-top that looks dirty everywhere and they WON'T DO ANYTHING to help me. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. DO NOT do business with this company because all they care about is your money and once they have it you are NOBODY. Am I dissatisfied? Yes! Would I recommend them? Absolutely not! It's been a month since I've tried to get help but only get the run-around. I hope you have better luck than I did with your kitchen remodeling needs,

Great cabinets and granite countertops, but poor follow-up. I have called and texted many times to get a quote to finish my two bathrooms with Joey, but no follow-up. I would have left 5 stars if better follow-up. Now I will contact a different company to finish my two bathrooms.

Worked with Greg at the store on Tatum and Thunderbird. Waited 8 weeks for cabinets to be made and installed. Installer was late but did call and finished that same day. Trim and sink cabinet hardware was on back order. Now 6 weeks later still no trim and hardware was installed last week. Greg did nothing for me but came to the house measure for new cabinets and placed order. I called him twice about the back ordered trim and he never called back. I finally got the warehouse number myself and I have been calling them to know when I will be getting it. Trim is suppose to ship today and they will install on Thursday. We will see!!! They don't update you on the status of your order unless you call them. Not happy with service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Besides beating all other bids we got for our new kitchen and bath cabinet remodel, they designed it fast, efficient and with no mistakes when we received our cabinets. We went looking for cabinets for a tiny home and they had a great selection and the prices weren't bad either. Only bad thing was a limited supply of cabinets or you had to wait about 15 weeks. We're still looking at other places, but we may come back.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. CHEEP CABINETS, NOTHING FIT, A COMPLETE RIP OFF

I purchased a Condo just Right around the corner from Diamond Kitchen and bath, I was planning a complete restoration....I Visited their location planning on buying all my cabinets and counter tops. I visited the location on Tatum and Thunderbird and meet with a Salesman Name Nick Z, I shared what I was wanting to do and asked if he can come on down and look and see and possible measure. His response was that THEY DON'T MEASURE UNTIL I PAY I thought that was king of strange I went and did all the measuring and went back to the location. After a hour of going back and fourth. we came up with a layout. keep in mind we made several changes because of the price differences. I agreed to purchase the stock color that was a recommendation by Nick. this was to be a instant pick up with no waiting. I received a phone call from nick on the very last day of July 2013 and he told me if I would like a FREE SINK I would need to come pay today. I rushed down to pay for the cabinets and was SURPRISED to see what they were charging for Installation. I been in construction for 23 years and was able to do it myself. I decided to cancel the installation. I again asked Nick several time if he would come on down and measure. NEVER OFFERED AND WAS MIA FOR # DAYS OUT SICK with a horrible COUGH. I went and picked up all the cabinets to find out that the sink was NOT INCLUDED because I was doing my own installation. can you believe that..... I was very unsatisfied with the color and ask if I was able to return the cabinets and order a different color. they said no problem but it would be a 6 week wait. I returned all the cabinets and waited for the new cabinets to arrive. The condo was completed 3 weeks ago while I was waiting on the cabinets. finally they came in and to my surprise they were so cheep and flimsy, they DONT SHOW YOU THE BACKS OF THE CABINETS IN THE SHOW ROOM. they hide all the cheep Material that you would normally get from Target or Wal-Mart. DEMAND TO SEE THE BACKS OF THE CABINETS. if you ever buy from them. I was so excited to get busy on this project but became so disappointed when nothing was lining up, I rushed down to the showroom and spoke with nick and demanded him to come see. after he got permission he came on down and finally MEASURED... after I paid and picked up the cabinets his explanation was that I gave him the wrong window size. He pushed all the blame on me and talked down on me for not using their installers. YOU SHOULD OF USED OUR INSTALLERS maybe their installer can shrink a window and have some magic machine to do so. I don't know! I showed him the original layout and also showed him the blinds I ordered that were 35. he repeated saying ....ROB you signed off on all the paper work..... which was nothing but chicken scratch. for a moment I thought it was my fault and was very angry. after going thru all the paper work I noticed the original design was for 98 counter tops. and because of the price I changes it to 93 and the all mighty NICK removed the 6 from the window instead of the wall which made everything whacked. to this day he blames me and refused to be of any help what-so ever. I now have upper cabinets that measure 97 and right below them is 93. and the wrap around island cabinets don't line up with either one of top or bottom. it's more like 91. so when you look down the face of the cabinets . nothing lines up. I managed to fudge and make it look the best I could.

THEY REFUSE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH NEW CABINETS OR MONEY OFF.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, I will be contacting the County attorneys office, corporation commission and any other agency that will listen to me and hopefully I can get them to come out and measure and see what they did
