The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Had a great experience with them... they installed my new counter tops and re-faced the cabinets. My kitchen looks wonderful and others who have seen it agree! The price they quoted is what I paid, nothing more! I had an issue with one of the drawers not closing properly. Once informed them, they immediately sent the installer out to correct it!

Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

I am remodeling a kitchen, 2 bathrooms a laundry rm and a linen closet. Need cabinets, countertops and flooring throughout. Visted Premier Kitchen. Good selection BUT left bummed out due to a RIDICULOUS policy requiring a nonrefundable deposit....JUST TO GET A FIRM ESTIMATE. If I decided to move forward, the deposit would be applied. But a deposit just to get a firm estimate when every other vendor I've spoken to offers a free in-home measurement, mock up drawings and an estimate with no deposit, makes this vendor a no-go for me. Imagine buying a car and having to pay just to learn the price.....NOPE!

We have been lucky enough to work with Emily from EarthenCo and could not be happier. She is a joy to work with and has such a good eye for design! She answered all of my crazy messages and never made me feel anything but comfortable during the process. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job - Very high-quality workmanship and proficiency in navigating our very particular City Regulations. They're designer did a great job of reviewing options of available materials and helping me pull all of my ideas together. We are very pleased with the results. In addition, all staff were super-friendly and easy to work with. They were accommodating and considerate to my husband and I, as we continued to live in the house through all the work. I will definitely use them for my next project, and recommend them highly to others.

My kitchen cabinets were beginning to show their age so I decided to replace them. I received numerous quotes from different cabinet stores but AZ Cabinets was by far the best. They were able to work within my budget and still give me the high-quality kitchen cabinets that I wanted. I also appreciate the discount!

The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.

We hired Image Home Improvement and Steve Deubel to complete a renovation on our home in Paradise Valley. He completely destroyed the home and after failing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and basic framing inspections with the Town of Paradise Valley, he abandoned the job and left with all our money. We filed complaints with the Registry of Contractors but have little hope of ever seeing a cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars we paid. Our home is in complete shambles, unlivable and will take months and a lot of money to repair.
