WOW, I was thinking of stopping in, but reading the replies on these reviews ?. You cannot run a business like this, regardless if you’re Veterans or not. You’ll never make everyone happy. Good customer service, you take the negative feedback with the good. See if you can get the negatives to try your place again. Replying people are “Karen’s”, reporting that through your cameras, you noticed so and so about a customer is ridiculous. Please, don’t take these reviews as a violent attack on your personal human life, but as an opportunity to maybe make some improvements, or just apologize that they had a bad experience, or don’t reply at all if you cannot find something positive, kind, or professional to say. You have an opportunity here, if you choose to take the constructive criticism. No matter how many positive reviews. Reviews can always be bought/faked.
