We bought a $1200 vanity. We inspected it very well, let them wrap and load it then found a crack in the sink upon unwrapping. Of course they have the well, you must have cracked it yourself excuse. However, they went to great lengths to hide badly damaged products on their top shelves such as several large glass door wall mount cabinets we WERE going to purchase. They said they would get them down, wrap them and load them for us. Luckily my husband caught a glimpse of one of the huge holes in the back of one of 3 cabinets while they were loading them onto our trailer. I mean, huge holes like someone punched the back in, not a little unnoticeable crack. They had the audacity to take our money, make us wait over an hour to load this junk, and never mention that all 3 cabinets (plus $1200 vanity) had major damage. I also know prices, having been in the home remodel industry for over a decade, and I can assure you these are not great deals. Sorry guys but dishonesty and stealing will always come back around to bite ya. Have some integrity and stop the greed!

WOW, I was thinking of stopping in, but reading the replies on these reviews ?. You cannot run a business like this, regardless if you’re Veterans or not. You’ll never make everyone happy. Good customer service, you take the negative feedback with the good. See if you can get the negatives to try your place again. Replying people are “Karen’s”, reporting that through your cameras, you noticed so and so about a customer is ridiculous. Please, don’t take these reviews as a violent attack on your personal human life, but as an opportunity to maybe make some improvements, or just apologize that they had a bad experience, or don’t reply at all if you cannot find something positive, kind, or professional to say. You have an opportunity here, if you choose to take the constructive criticism. No matter how many positive reviews. Reviews can always be bought/faked. How you treat all as a whole, as a business, matters. I truly wish you the best of luck. Good day to you!

We found this place while doing some Home remodeling. Excellent vanities here, granite countertops. Very reasonable prices. They also have other items such as shower heads, ceiling fans, tile, you name it. All new, all good! Dany is an excellent assistant here. They deliver!

We had picked a tub and surround at Home Depot, but decided to check this store before purchasing it. They had the exact tub and surround we wanted from Home Depot, and it saved us about $340 buying from them. They have excellent customer service! The staff worked so hard to find us what we were looking for. They even opened the boxes to inspect the items before we purchased and helped us load everything.

I have only good things to report! That almost never happens.
I dealt with Terry in store and over text, and Javier via email and chat, and found my experiences with both to be very helpful and prompt.
And we got a beautiful vanity. YaY!
You can't go wrong if you're looking for a good deal on a good product. I know that their inventory is going to be constantly in flux, you may not find exactly what you're looking for the first time you go in, but you may find something you didn't know you were looking for. In my case I found that I needed a much larger bathroom for the bathtub that I covet. Unfortunately, I cannot have a much bigger bathroom. 8-(
So definitely go look at the bathtubs, they're awesome!

I Just got home from this store and opened this sink and it was cracked I tried calling and the person who i answered said, how do I know you didn't drop it and was every rude about it and hung up, I do not recommend this place at all. You get what you pay for. So much for assistance with an issue.
