Started very well. I knew I was paying premium prices but was assured there was a lifetime guarantee and even scheduled maintenance. Well. I did the demolition and removed the fiberglass tub/shower surround and most of the drywall needed to be removed. After a few reschedules based on my needs and an injury to one of their installers, the guys showed up. Things seemed OK. They use spray foam insulation to fill behind things and were nice enough to add a piece of insulation I provided. Now the problems. I have given them a month to make good on the damages, but now I am just ignored. The installers used my toilet seat to place their tools. This resulted in the Toto $50-65 seat that was almost brand new being scratched terribly. I was assured this would be replaced with no problem. Well, here I wait. In addition...the grab bars are a different model from Kohler than the shower system. It looks odd and less than premium. The caulking job was above average, but I could do better and again...NOT premium. The transition from the shower to my baseboard was pretty sloppily executed--again NOT premium. The installers used my shop vacuum as I told them they could. Problem was the whole bathroom was covered in a fine dust that included the mirrors being cloudy with dust. To add insult--the installers would go to lunch and apparently smoke marijuana. This did not seem to effect their work excessively, but it speaks to unprofessional conduct. My experience started very promisingly but has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can NOT RECOMMEND these folks. I will post this in an effort to warn others and perhaps now they will respond to my simple request of a new toilet seat. (Over $14K of a bill must have just a tiny bit of profit, don't you think?)

I have worked with lots of contractors and these guys impressed me with their clear comunication, how clean they keep the work areas and how much they care about their customers..highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Barry Anderson and Daniel Gonzales installed our new shower and did a fantastic job. Not only that they were respectful and pleasant to be around. Would highly recommend them and West Shore both. Very pleased.

Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Just Remodel remodeled our bathroom about a dozen years ago. We still enjoy it and get complements from anyone that sees it. The company was a pleasure to deal with (had them do more work for us the following year).

Our old stall shower was demolished , and a new and larger one was created in the old space. The demo of the old resulted a bit of damage to the adjoining bedroom wall, and we neglected to report it, as we assumed the crew would report it. We just had it repaired, which required plastering two areas and repainting the wall. The new shower is functioning fine and is a beautiful addition to the bathroom. Highly Unprofessional. Called A+ Window tinting a couple days ago and got an estimate of $120. I was referred by my brother which had a newer car than me and bigger windows, he told my they charged him $100. I called them back and the way the man answered the phone was horrible, he stated Hello, whats up I had to ask if it was A+ Window tinting. I let him know that i called a few days ago and got an estimate of 120 and I was wondering why and let him know the price my brother got. The man replied and said Well that's our price, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else i was very disappointed. That is no way you answer a company phone and definitely no way you reply to a potential customer. Customer service plays a major role in bushiness and that is something A+ does not have.
