Great place to work

The 5 stars are for the actual workers. Eddie Palomaras installed the hard floors and associated baseboards. Sergio Zandate and his team installed the baseboards for the remainder of the house before the carpeting. Cesar's team installed the carpet. Eddie, Sergio and Cesar's team were professional, respectful of the property and dedicated to ensuring I was pleased with their work. They worked very hard, continuously and were meticulous about clean up afterwards. They made this experience very good and therefore the 5 stars for them.I want to separate my comments from the management and the workers. The workers are noted above and they were excellent. Joe Shafer marketed the process and then seemed distant when I reported a no show. I understand the segregation of duties, but he was the face of Express Flooring. Jimmy was finally identified as the Project Manager and communication between he and his team was less than optimal and left me in the middle. This included arrival times for Cesar. I had to call to find out why no one came between 8am and 10am. He arrived at 1:30 pm and said he had a prior commitment but he nor Jimmy advised me of that. Jimmy ultimately said that was an error on his part. Then a disagreement ensued on who was to install the baseboards. It was resolved, but I don't think customers should be in the middle. Lastly, do not ask for total final payment before the job is done. Eddie was asked to secure the entire balance owed on day 1 when he did hard floors only. Either divide the bill by project or secure final payment after all work is complete.

We hired Daniel with golden touch interiors to do some remodeling in our new house. We remodel the two bathrooms (showers), new wood floors, granite countertops and we painted the entire house in and outside. Daniel and his guy's did an amazing job in time scheduled.We highly recommend this company.

Checked these guys out with the BBB, No Complaints... Went to there showroom... Great customer service..And they did a great job installing a patterned carpet... I'd give these guys a 4 star rating & recommend them to all of my friends...

Nothing but good things to say about the experience. Nik communicated clearly throughout the project, visited the house regularly to check on the status and address any concerns I had. No surprises with the cost or timeframe. Exactly how you hope a contractor will conduct themselves.

Wow! What wonderful customer relations they have. Just out of curiosity, I stopped by J and B carpets to see if I could get a little bit of carpet to use on the cat tree I was making. I was greeted by Vicky, oh what a warm smile and customer welcome I received. I told her what I was doing and and without a second thought she immediately went to the floor and proceeded to look through the carpet remnants she had in stock. In just a couple of minutes I had enough carpet remnants to complete the job I wanted to do. She didn't charge me for the remnant which I am thankful for. If customer service is important to you, please, please give J and B Carpets a shout out. They will take care of you. ?????
