I have been a service manager for 12 years here in the valley and I have operated with many floor vendors. The immediate call back and respond time from my reps at Carpetturn is what sets the bar high. Time and time again Booke, Erika, Dante or Kristina responded immediately and got me scheduled and provided excellent service. From carpet installs or repairs to hardwood and vinyl flooring, these guys know their stuff. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They deserve 0 stars you should see my carpet and tile installation do not trust Gus and his team of misfits we have 20 units with crappy installations of carpeting and tiling.
